Reverence

Psalm 91:1-4
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, my refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust! For it is He who delivers you from the snare of the trapper, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with His pinons, and under his wings you may seek refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and bulwark.
Foundation

For God says, “Order on order, order on order,Line on line, line on line, a little here, a little there.” Isaiah 28:10

With God there is order and purpose to everything He does. God does not skip around, He builds one layer upon another in His time frame. The foundation is always waiting to have another layer added to it, because of the new believers coming into faith, by the ones He has chosen to add to it. Nobody can delay what God has purposed in His heart. (Isaiah 14:24, 14:27) Since He made man, man cannot over ride Him. God leaves nothing to chance. Jesus Christ became the last layer, the rock of offense, the chief corner stone. It is Jesus Christ that will lead all people who have made that profession of faith that will get into His heavenly Kingdom.

The Lord begins to form another society before the flood comes, to set eight people in place to go through the flood so there will be a new start for the world when the flood is gone. God, hand picked Noah to build the Ark and to save the animals and his family, and bring them to the other side of the flood. Why did God pick Noah? Noah believed God. Noah and his sons came through the flood, Shem, Ham and Japheth, and their wives, seven in all.
Ten generations later, Abram comes from the line of Shem. Shem, was the father of Arpachshad, Arpachshad was the father of Shelah, Shelah was the father of Eber, Eber was the father of Peleg, Peleg was the father of Reu, Reu was father of Serug, Serug was the father of Nahor, Nahor was the father of Terah, Terah was the father of Abram, Nahor and Haran, Haran was the father of Lot, who died. Genesis 11:10-28

“God Said to Abram, Go forth from your country, and from your relatives and from your fathers house, to the land which I shall show you; and I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; and so you shall be a blessing; and I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” Genesis 12:1-3

The God of Abram, the God of Issac and the God of Jacob, set the place His people would be given for them to live in and grow in. The foundation of Israel came through these three men. They had the promise of God, He would be their guide, their protector through the Angel of the Lord. God would give them everything they needed to endure and prosper.
Abraham was 75 years old when they set out as the Lord had instructed him, Abram took his wife Sarai, and Lot his nephew, and all the possessions that they had accumulated, including the people they had acquired in Haran. They set out for the land of Canaan. When they got to the land of Canaan, they went to Shecham, to the oak of Moreh. Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, “to your descendants I will give this land.” So Abram built an alter there. Then they went on to the mountain east of Bethel. There he built another altar to the Lord, and called upon the name of the LORD. Abram went on to the Negev, and there was a famine going on in the land, so he went down to Egypt. After getting into trouble with Pharaoh, over his wife, Pharaoh had blessed Abram with sheep, oxen, male and female donkeys, and camels, along with male and female servants. Because of this trouble, Pharaoh had his servants escort Abram, Sarai, and Lot out of Egypt. He came out of Egypt a very rich person in form of live stock and servants. Abram and Lot went into the Negev again. When their herds became to large they separated. After Lot and Abram had separated, God asked Abram to look north, east, south and west. Then God said, all that you see, “I will give to you and your descendants forever.” Arise and walk through the land, its length and breadth; for I will give it to you. Then Abram moved his tent and came and dwelt by the oak at Mamre, which is Hebron, and there he built an altar to the Lord. Genesis 13:14-18 Abraham is the first layer of the foundation of faith from God.

After some time and skirmishes with the people of the land, God said to Abram in a vision. “Do not fear Abram, I am a shield to you; your reward shall be very great.” And Abram ask, O Lord God, what wilt thow give me. since I am childless, and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus. Then the Lord said to Abram, this man will not be your heir; but one shall come from your own body, he shall be your heir. And God took him outside the tent, and God had Abram look to the heavens, and count the stars, if you are able to count them. “So shall your descendants be.” Another foundational step, of God by showing Abram how many people will come to God. Then he believed in the Lord, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness.” Then God said, “I am the Lord that brought you out of Ur of the Chaldens, to give you this land to posses it.” The God said that He has given the land from the river in Egypt, to the great river Euphrates. God said to Abram, your descendants will be enslaved in a strange land that is not theirs. They will be enslaved and oppressed for four hundred years. Then in the seventh generation they shall return here. Genesis 15:1-8

Abram had been told all this, and he had no children. Sarai his wife gave him into the hand of an Egyptian maid, and they had a son and named him Ishmael. This to God was not the son that was promised. Genesis 16 Now God appeared to Abram, “I am God the God Almighty; walk before Me, and be blameless. And I will establish My covenant between Me and you.” And I will multiply you exceedingly. And Abram fell on his face, and God talked to him, saying. “As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you shall be the father of a multitude of nations. No longer shall you be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; you shall be a father of a multitude of nations” One condition of the Abrahamic covenant was every male is to be circumcised on the 8th day after their birth. So, Abraham and Ishmael were circumcised. Genesis 17:1-6

From here God gave to Abraham the Abrahamic covenant. God changed Abraham’s wives name from Sarai, to Sarah. Abraham was 99 years old when He was circumcised. Genesis 17:10-17
After a long time, the Lord said He took note of her, (Sarah) and did for her as He had promised,. And gave them a son and called him Isaac. Genesis 21 Isaac was circumcised the 8th day. There grew tension in Abraham’s house between Sarah, Hagar and Ismael. Sarah did not want Ishmael living in the house of the heir, Isaac. God told Abraham to listen to his wife and send them away. God will bless him. Here you have another foundational mark by having Isaac being made the heir.. Genesis 22. And after many years Abraham made a servant swear that Isaac would not be married to a daughter of the land of Caanan. Genesis 24. So Abraham sent his servant to his brother Nahor in Mesopotamia to get a wife for Isaac. Rebekah was her name. The servants of Abraham said to Rebekah on the way home, “May you, our sister, become thousands of ten thousands, and my your descendants possess the gate of those who hate them.”

Isaac was 40 years old when he took Rebekah as his wife. When Rebekah was pregnant, it felt like a war was going on inside of her, and she inquired of the Lord. And God said to her. “Two nations are in your womb; and two peoples shall be separated from your body; and one people shall be stronger than the other; and the older will serve the younger.” The first came forth red, all over like a hairy garment; and they named him Esau. And afterward his brother came forth with his hand holding on to Esau’s heel. His name became Jacob. Esau was a hunter, an out doors man. Jacob was a peaceful man living in tents. One day Esau came into Jacob’s tent and asked if he could have some of Jacobs stew. Jacob said yes, but you have to give me your birth right. Genesis 27. Easu agreed, because he was hungry. Because of this, when it came time for Isaac, their father to die. Just before death, the father would always bring the oldest first and bless him because he is heir. But his mother heard of this, and Esau was a hairy person, and she dressed Jacob with goats skin on his arms and neck, put on one of Esau’s shirts on him, and sent him into get the blessing of the first born. Issac was blind in his old age, he said you have the voice of Jacob but the smell and feel of Esau. So Isaac blessed Jacob as the first born. When Esau came in, he went into his father for the blessing and he couldn’t get it because it had been given to Jacob. Esau said I will kill my brother, Rebekah heard this and sent Jacob away to her family in Haran to her brother Laban. Genesis 29. Jacob spent a month working for Labon, Rebekah’s father, Labon said what shall I give you for your labor? Now Jacob loved Rachel his daughter, and said I will work for you seven years, then you will give me Rachel. The end of seven years came and the wedding day came and Labon switched daughters on Jacob, because it was this countries custom to marry the oldest off first. Jacob went into her, and the next morning he saw that it was Leah. Jacob was angry, but agreed to work for Labon another seven years for Rachel, whom he loved. Genesis 25 Issac is the second layer of the foundation.

During the following years Jacob and Leah had Ruben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah. Then Rachel was barren and gave her maid Bilhah to Jacob and they had two sons by her, Dan and Naphtali. Then Leah saw she had stopped bearing and gave her maid Zilpah to Jacob and she bore him two sons, Gad and Asher. Then Leah’s womb was opened and Jacob became the father of two more sons Issachar and Zebulon. Then Leah bore a daughter to Jacob and her name was Dinah. God remembered Rachel and she conceived a son and they named him Joseph. These eleven were born in the land of Laban, the Aramean. Jacob was leaving his father-in-law because he was cutting his wages and cheating him out of sheep and goats. Jacob told his wives that they were going back to the land of his birth. They left without telling Laban. Laban caught up to them, but God had told Laban in a dream not to speak good or bad to Jacob. As they were entering into the land, Rachel was about to give berth, and she had much trouble, but gave birth to Benjamin before Rachel died. Rachel was buried near Bethlehem. Jacob had thirteen children, 12 boys, and one daughter.
It was when Jacob was at Bethel, where God had talked to him on the way to Laban in Aram. After Jacob had divided his flocks before he was to meet his brother Esau, when Jacob was alone, and a man wrestled with him all night. Toward daylight, when the man saw he was not winning, he touched the socket of Jacob and he limped. Jacob would not let go, and the man said, let me go, but Jacob said, I will not let you go until you bless me. The man said what is your name? and he said Jacob, then you are not Jacob any longer, but it is Israel. Jacob asked his name, and the man said, why do you want my name? And the man blessed Jacob there. And Jacob named that place Peniel, Jacob said, “I have seen God face to face, yet my life has been preserved.” Jacob is the third layer of the foundation.

Jacob, and his 11 sons, and Dinah, Jacobs daughter, the 11 son’s and wives and children went into Egypt during the famine in Caanan. Joseph was already in Egypt, because some of his brothers did not like him. He was telling them that they would be bowing down to Him. They wanted to kill him, but instead they sold Joseph to a caravan of Ishmaelites going to Egypt. (Genesis 37:25) Potifer of Egypt, bought Joseph from the Ishmaelites, and Joseph found favor in his way by God prospering the house of Potifer. After a while, Joseph was put in charge of all of Potifers belongings, and took care of everything. Genesis 39:4) The Bible says the only one not under Joseph was Mrs. Potifer. She kept trying to seduce Joseph, but he kept declining. One day while in the house, Mrs. Potifer tried to catch Joseph in her bedroom, Joseph escaped her grasp and left, but She had Josephs coat that came off when she tried to grab him. Joseph left the house and Mrs. Potifer screamed and the people came into the house and she blamed Joseph for trying to seduce her. (Genesis 39:14) Mr. Potifer came home and she told him. Joseph kept his life, but went to the prison. (Genesis 39:20) Soon after Joseph was in jail, the chief jailer put Joseph in charge of the inmates. One day Pharaoh put his cup bearer and baker, in confinement, and the captain of the body guard put Joseph in charge of them. Soon after, both had a dream the same night. (Genesis 40:5) When Joseph came in the next morning, he asked them why their faces were so sad today? (Genesis 40:7) Then the cup bearer told Joseph his dream. At the end, Joseph interpreted his dream. The cup bearer would be restored to his former position. Joseph said, remember me to Pharaoh when you are in Pharaohs presence. (Genesis 40:14) Joseph said to the baker, tell me your dream. After hearing the dream, Joseph said to the baker, Pharaoh will lift you head from you in three days. (Genesis 40:8-23) After two years the cup bearer heard about Pharaohs dream and told Pharaoh about a man in the prison that had interpreted his dream. The cup bear said his dream came true. Pharaoh had Joseph brought from the jail, Pharaoh told Joseph his dream, Because of God being the reveille of dreams, Joseph was able to tell Pharaoh his dream. Because Joseph interpreted Pharaohs dream, that there would be 7 years of abundance, then 7 years of famine. Pharaoh appointed Joseph because he interpreted the dream and that God gave him the answer. Pharaoh said since your God gave you the answer to my dream, since you are discerning and wise as you are, you shall be over my house , according to your command all my people will do homage; only in the throne I will be greater than you. I have set you over all Egypt. Then Pharaoh put his signet ring on Joseph and dressed Him in fine clothing. The Pharaoh named Joseph Zaphenath-paneth; and gave Joseph Asenath, the daughter of Potifera priest of On, as his wife. Then Joseph went forth over the land of Egypt. (Genesis 41:25-46) Joseph and Asenath had two boys, and Joseph named the first Manasseh and the second Ephraim. Joseph said God has made me fruitful in the land of my affliction. (Genesis 41:51-52) Then the people of all the earth came to Egypt to buy grain from Joseph, because the famine was severe in all the earth. Genesis 41:57
In the land of Caanan where Josephs father and brothers lived, Jacob told his older sons to go down to Egypt to buy food for them. They went, and appeared before Joseph, but they did not recognize him. Joseph asked them all kinds of questions about their father, brothers, Joseph was especially interested in Benjamin. Benjamin was his brother, their mother was Rachel. After he gave them food to take home, they found the money in their sacks, then they were brought back to face Joseph, where he talked about the family more, and said to them, you are spies, Joseph took Simieon to keep in jail until they returned with Benjamin. ( Genesis 42:8-16) You must bring the youngest down here so I can know they are telling him truth. And they left for Caanan. When they ran out of grain, Jacob finally gave his consent for his sons to take Benjamin down to Egypt. Here, Joseph revealed himself to his brothers, they were shocked and concerned about retribution. He told his brothers what they meant for evil, God meant it for good. Then they all went in a caravan to get their father Jacob to come and live in Egypt. Genesis 42 and 43. Another phrase God used of Joseph was, God was with Joseph. Added note. In the New Testament Manasseh and Ephraim are listed in the 12 tribes of Israel. Just before Jacobs death the twelve sons appeared before Jacob to get their fathers view of them. (Genesis 49)

Abraham, Issac, and Jacob are the foundation of the people of faith, because they believed in God. Jacob went into Egypt with 70 members of his family. Why did God have them go to Egypt? One of the first things to happen when Abram got into the land of the Hivittes, Dinah had forced relations with the son of the king. Then the king of the Hivittes asked Abram to give Dinah to his son, the leader said the land is big enough for both of us, we will give our daughters to your sons, and you give your sons to our daughters. Even though the sons of Jacob eventually killed the bulk of the Hivites because of what they did to their sister Dinah. When the people came back into the land under Joshua, that is one of the things they did, intermarry with the people of the land. In Egypt, under Joseph they were put into the land of Goshen. They did not intermarry with the Egyptians. God called them Hebrews. They had the blood of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. They were undefilled by other peoples. Jesus says do not be unequally yoked. Which means, do not marry unbelievers, if you are a believer. If you do marry an unbeliever, your partner will not share the same values, they will look to themselves, they will lack the understanding of why you even have Christ as your savior.
In looking at the men that God chose to come close to Him, none of them were perfect. They had flaws, but God worked through those flaws to get His will done and these men to understand that they are working with the creator of the universe. Being the creator, God still uses imperfect men that have turned to Him and believe in Him to accomplish His will. God brings them along one step at a time. He starts with a bit of the information, the next time He expands on the information and details, until the man knows all the information and goes on from there. When He gives us insight and information, a lot of the time we do not understand, it is the walking with Him and doing His Will that will lead us to the ultimate destination. That is,His plan for our life and a plan to help Him to get more people into His kingdom.

In the Old Testament, God had raised up prophets to warn the people of Israel and the leaders of the synagogues that they were going astray from God by their unblief and actions against the ten commandments, Not keeping the commands is a sin against God because they were persuing other gods. These other gods were, molech, where the parents made their children to pass through the fire to appease it. Other gods you burned incense to, or worshiped mantel idols of wood and stone. Also the people had not kept the seven year sabbath for generations. What God said, you were supposed to do this, let the land lay fallow for one year, and on the 49th year sabbath, any Israelite who was a slave serving another Israelite, they had to release them, and return the inheritance that God had given them, give it back to them. This they had never done. Therefore God started sending them into captivity when the Assyrians captured the Northern Kingdom and took them to Assyria in 722 BC. The defeat of Judah was lead by the Babylonians, in 582 BC. Then the 3rd came in Jerusalem again and the Babylonians took the rest of the Jews left in Jerusalem to Babylon in 581 BC. The first temple was destroyed, and they were allowed to start returning under the reign of Darius, of the Meade and Persian Empire. Sin and rebellion against God does have a penalty. They were warned for a thousand years, but they did not believe God would ever put them into captivity, because the Priest said that God would not send Israel into captivity because they were His chosen people.
Since Christ came, one must by faith take Christ as savior. Why does this happen most of the time? A person, because of doing a lot of things wrong, has made a mess of his or her life. They turn to Jesus in hope to change their lives. It is at this point that people start to read, learn and listen, because they want to change. Jesus Christ becomes your foundation. The more you learn and read about Christ, the firmer your foundation is, you will learn His voice. Jesus will calm the storm you have created in your life that no matter how bad the storm you created, your new foundation is firm so you may stand in any personal problems that you created. By your faith you know that you are ancored to the foundation of the world. Jesus Christ, He is our personal foundation, He will never leave us, or tell us to find someone stronger than He, there is none stronger, more compassionate, loving, and merciful than He. He will never tell us He is too busy for our prayers and cry’s for help. Before He laid the foundations of the planet, and all that would be on it, He fore new every person that would be born, from Cain to the end of man kind upon the face of this earth. Each person has a name, God knows what this person will believe, and there direction of life. Each life has been ordained by God for His glory. And yet, for those people who murder, steal, and create trouble for other people, it will be turned back upon their own head and life. Only God knows how this person will turn out. The longer you walk with Christ, you will learn that He can give peace, mercy and life. He calms the storm and gives you purpose for your life. Be patient, it may take a little time for this to happen. If it took you ten or years to get to this point, it may take the same amount of time to work through all the problems. Let Him do His work in you, do what you can do, but leave the working of the problems out to Your Lord and Savior.

For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 3:11-12

What Has Christ done for us. Christ is the final Layer of the foundation.
With Christ you do not have to worry about the giving of the 5 Sacrificial offerings were the Burnt Offering, Grain Offering, Peace Offering, Sin offering and the Guilt offering, for different sins. Each class of people had their own sin offering. The classes were, sins of the high priest, sins for leaders, sin for the common person, unintentional sin. The trespass offering was the only offering that involved money. If the sin was unintentional, the person had to pay the entire loss, plus 1/5th of that money was given to the priests. Depending on your means were in buying animals, and what you have to sacrifice. These are in the Old Testaments. You did have to go to Jerusalem for the 3 main feast days. You do go to a Priest to sacrifice your animal upon the alter. This animal has to be clean, no defect, to be given God alone, and a place divinely chosen by God.

Because Christ was willing to hang on the cross, to have been 50 lashes on His back, a crown of thorns placed on His head, hit by Roman guards and bleed for our sins, nails driven into His hands and feet, to be pierced by a Speer. By His unselfish will to be the sin bearer for all sin, for all time. All we have to do is ask Jesus into our hearts as savior, for forgiveness for the sin we have committed. Christ is the our mediator. Have you thanked Christ for this? If we believe in Christ, He is our mediator. That is, Christ says to God that person belongs to me, then the God accepts Christs testimony of you. Christ is the go between God and man. You cannot go to God alone, without Christ. IF you do not believe in Jesus, you have no pathway to God.
Guide

1. Can you lead forth a constellation in its season, and guide a Bear with her satellites? 2. He guides the humble in justice, and He teaches the humble His way. 3. For thou art my rock and my fortress; for Thy name’s sake thou wilt lead me and guide me. 4. I will guide you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.

Rock
1. Others have been with those who rebel against the light; they do not want to know its ways, or abide in its paths. 2. Behold, a king will reign righteously, and princes will rule justly. 3. And each will be like a refuge from the wind, and a shelter from the storm, like streams of water in a dry country, like the shade of a huge rock in a parched land. 3. Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine, and acts upon them, may be compared to a wise man, who build his house upon the rock. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and burst against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded upon the rock. 4. And I also say to you, that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades shall not overpower it. 5. And all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking from a spiritual rock which followed them; and the rock was Christ. Peter is not the rock, but upon Christ the Rock, Peter is dead, Peter helped start the faith in Christ movement, Christ is alive and is able to take care of any need we have.

Stone

1. The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief corner stone. 2. This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes. 3. Surely the stone will cry out from the wall, and the rafter will answer it from the frame work. 4. And they will not take from you even a stone for the corner, or a stone for foundations, but you will be desolate forever, declares the Lord. 5. Surely the stone will cry out from the wall, and the rafter will answer it from the frame work. Woe to hom who builds a city with bloodshed and founds a town with violence. 6. And I shall give them one heart, and shall put a new spirit within them. And I shall take the heart of stone out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh. 7. And they made their hearts like flint so that they could not hear the law and the words which the Lord of Hosts had sent by His Spirit through the former prophets; therefore great wrath came from the Lord of hosts. 8. Pharisees and Sadducees coming from baptism, Jesus said, “and do not suppose that you can say to yourselves, we have Abraham for our father; for I say to you, that God is able from these stones to raise up children to Abraham. 9. For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man builds upon the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each man’s work will become evident; for the day will show it, because it is to be revealed with fire; and the fire; and the fire itself will test the quality of each man’s work. 9. And coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected by men, but choice and precious in the sight of God, you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 10. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, to him I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and a new name written on the stone which no one knows but he who receives it. 11. Then He shall become a sanctuary; but both the houses of Israel , a stone to strike and a rock to stumble over, and a snare and a trap for the inhabitants of Jerusalem 12. Jesus said to them, Did you ever read in the scriptures, “The stone which the builders rejected , this became the CHIEF CORNER STONE; this came about from the Lord, and it is marvelous in our eyes,” Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you, and be given to a nation producing the fruit of it. And he who falls on this stone will be broken in pieces, but on whomever it falls, it will shatter him like dust. And he who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; but on whomever it falls, it will scatter him like dust. 13. For the whole earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

Corner Stone

1. What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of Grace, grace to it! 2. He is the Stone which was rejected by you, the builders, but which became the very Corner Stone. 3. Therefore thus says the Lord God, behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a tested stone, a costly cornerstone for the foundation, firmly placed. He who believes in it will not be disturbed. What does the stone do? I will make justice the measuring line, and righteousness the level; Then hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the secret place. 4. For this is contained in scripture: Behold I LAY IN ZION A CHOICE STONE, A PRECIOUS CORNERSTONE. And he who believes in Him shall not be disappointed. 7. This precious value, then, is for you who believe. But not for those who disbelieve, THE STONE WHICH THE BUILDERS REJECTED, THIS BECAME THE VERY CORNER STONE, and A STONE OF STUMBLING AND A ROCK OF OFFENSE; for they stumble because they are disobedient to the word, and to this doom they were also appointed.

1. Zechariah 4:7, 2. Acts 11:11, 3. Isaiah 28:16,17, 4. 1 Peter 2:6-8

Who are the builders in Acts 4:11 They are the Priest, Elders, and Levites, the lawyers, and other leaders of Israel. They were supposed to keep and teach the the laws, the ordinances, the sacrifices, and what they meant, they were supposed to have the Pass Over every year. There came a point that the sacrifices became a bloody drudgery to them, the Passover they didn’t care about. The further they got away from the Exodus, the less use the people had to do with God. The Priests. Levits and the Elders had been building their own rules for the people, they were gaining in power over the people,and eventually they made rules of who could or could not attend service in the temple. When King David became King, it said they had Pass Over that year and as long David was king, It was the first Pass Over in 400 years. Priests and Levitts decided, not God. In time of Christ, they are called Pharisees, Sadducees, lawyers or legal over seers. There were priests that looked over the temple, the high priest, were the only ones that could go into the Holy of Hollies where the Ark of the covenant was. In the church age day they are pastors, elders, bible teachers, theologians, evangelists, missionaries. There are many faithful to the cause of Christ. Then there are others who preach christ, but do not believe what He claims.

5But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. For men will be lovers of self, lover of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; holding to the form of godliness, although they have denied its power; and avoid such men as these. For among them are those who enter into households and captivate weak women weighed with sins, led on by various impulses, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 2 Timothy 3:1-7 (That is Jesus Christ)
Jesus Christ is greater than the prophets

God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world. And His radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the majesty on high; Hebrews 1:1-3

Jesus Christs deity is above all others, New and Old Testaments.

Having become as much better than the angels, as He has inherited a more excellent name than they. For to which of the angels did He ever say, “Thou art My Son, today I have begotten thee.”? And again, “I will be a Father to Him, and He shall be a Son to me.”? And when He brings the first born into the world, He says, “Let all the Angels of God worship Him.” And of the Angels He says, “who makes His Angels winds, and His ministers a flame of fire.” But the Son says, “Thy throne, O God, is forever and ever, and the righteous scepter is the scepter of His Kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; therefore, God, thy God, hath anointed Thee with all the gladness above thy companions.” And, “Lord, in the beginning didst lay the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the works of thy hands.” Hebrews 1:4-10

Denominationalism and the Jehovah Witness 4-4

Reverence
Isaiah 61:1-3 These are Isaiahs word from The Lord God. The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has annointed me to bring good news to the afflicted, He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to captives, and freedom to prisoners; to proclaim the favorable year of the Lord, and the day of vengence of our God; to comfort all who mourn. To grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.

2 Peter 2:15-20 Forsaking the right way they have gone astray, having followed the way of Ballam, the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness, but he received a rebuke for his own transgression; from a dumb donkey, speaking with a voice of a man, restrained the madness of a prophet. These are springs without water, and mists driven by storm, for whom the black darkness has been reserved. For speaking out arrogant words of vanity they entice by fleshly desires, by senuality, those who barely excape from the ones who live in error, promising them freedom while they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by what man has overcome, by this he is enslaved. For if after they have escaped the defilements of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and are over come, the last state has become worse for them than the first.

  1. Where and what really Is Paradise, Sheol, Hades, Hell, Gehenna and The lake of Fire
    Paradise in the Bible is where the spirits of just men go. In this place they are comforted even though they are dead. The Old Testament Saints went to this place, for safe keeping until the resurrection of Christ. {1. P14} Also in Zechariah 9:11 Old Testament saints say’s, “As for thee also, by the blood of the covenant I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit where in is no water. Turn you to the strong hold ye prisoners of hope; {2. P15} even today do I declare that I will render double unto thee.” In Ephesians 4:8 said, “When He ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men.” We also know that Christ told the thief on the cross that today you shall be with me in paradise. Paul in Hebrews 12:2-4, said. “I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago-whether in the body I do not know, or out of body I do not know, God knows-such a man was caught up to the third heaven. And I know how such a man-whether in the body or part from the body I do not know, God knows-was caught up into Paradise, and heard inexpressable words, which no man is not permitted to speak.” {3. P15} Also in Luke 16:19-31 we have the rich man having wealth and riches, and living that life style. Then we have the beggar Lazarus, laid at his gate full of sores. He wanted to eat the crumbs that fell from the rich man’s table: more over the dogs would come and lick his sores. It came to pass that the beggar Lazarus died and was carried away by the angels into Abraham’s bosom; the rich man died and was buried. In hell he lifted up his eyes being in torment, and seeing Abraham a far off, and Lazarus in his bosom, he cried and said, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus to dip his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am toremented in this flame. But Abraham said, son remember that you in your life time received the good things, and Lazarus evil things. Now he is comforted and and you are tormented. In addition to all this, there is a great gulf fixed. With this gulf fixed between us, you cannot come to us, nor can we come to you. Abraham, I pray that you would send Lazarus to my fathers house, for I have five brothers that Lazarus could testify to them of this place of torment that I am in. Abraham said to the rich man, no, they have the Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. The rich man responded, Abraham, if some one went to them from the dead they will repent. Abraham said to the rich man, if they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if one from the dead comes. (4. P-9)
    Gehenna. Gehenna and the Lake of Fire use is very close or the equivalent of the Lake of Fire. Gehenna appears twelve times in the New Testament. Matthew 5:22, 29, 30, 10:28, 18:19, 23:15, 33; Mark 9:43, 45, 47; Luke 12:5; James 3:6. It is the final and eternal abode of the wicked. It is only the soul that goes to Hades. In these passages it shows they speak of the body going to Gehenna eight times. Fire is mentioned ti it eleven times. Of the twelve times mentioned, it is mentioned 11 times by our Lord. (5. P30)

Sheol or Hades Is a very large area in the center of the earth. Sheol has two compartments. The top compartment contains Paradise, one compartment empty, and another is soul in Sheol. The bottom compartment contains Tormented Souls in Sheol, next, Tartarus 2 Peter 2:4 and Jude 6, then Lowest Hell, Dueteronomy 32:22, Psalm 86:13, Isaiah 5:14. Another empty comparment for this row Revelation 20:13, Fire in Shoel Dueteronomy 32:22, Luke 16:23-25. Between these two comparments is the great gulf fixed, they could talk but not pass from either compartment. Luke 16:26 {6. P-1}
Since Christs resurrection Hell is a place of torment.
What ever image the word “hell” brings to your mind, hell is generally thought of as a place of punishment for sin.” {jw.org/e/wol/d/r1/lp-e 2002521}
“Hell is opened for all to enter Paradise on earth.” This comes from the Jehovah Witness organization. This is not what Jesus teaches. If you have true faith in Christ your savior, that He is God that came in the flesh to save all people, that He gave His life as a ransom for many. In John 3:16 He talks about the Whosoever includes two groups of people, those who have taken Christ at His word and believed, once you have taken Christ, and those people who have not. Christ says if you take me as savior you are blessed and have eteral life. The second group may be alive in the flesh, but are dead spiritually, eventually they are not blessed, but condemned and do not have eternal life. They are dead in their unblief. At death they are dead and judged physically, and spiritually.
The Jehovah Witness believe that Paradise to come, is on this earth.
The Organization believes that God’s creation of earth was meant to be perfect and everybody was supposed to live forever on earth. Because of Adam and Eves sin, we now have to waite for the second resurrection for this to happen. With this development of having to waite for the Great White Throne judment for hell to be opened up to live on earth. “They believe that the Bible reveals Jehovahs qualities to us. These qualities make it impossible for Him to have anything to do with sin.” This is what the Bible is all about, revealing the thoughts and deeds of man. God says thou shalt not. God tells man what not to do. Then man decides the direction he wants to go. Man still suffers the consequences for the sin or he will rewarded for obeying. The Jehovah Witness believe that God’s plan is still to have a perfect earth without sin. Because of sin, the righteous and the wicked go to hell untill the second resurrection. Then all are let out of hell, back on earth so God can tell everybody what the commands are and any new rules that God has made since the begining. To them, this is Paradise on earth, and God’s original plan for man and earth. This is not God’s plan, the righteous and the wicked are dealt with separately. God’s rules and commands are still in place today as they were in the beginning. No organization can over rule the will of the Father and the work of Christ for salvation. To believe that if God knew man was going to sin, it would be a blight on God’s character is the one of the biggest lies they could have come up with.
Hellfire—All-Consuming? “Does God torment people with fire after death? Since the Bible shows that the dead are unconscious, hellfire is clearly a false teaching that slanders God. The very idea of tormenting people with fire disgusts him. God told Adam: Dust you are and to dust you will return.” jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1102012188?q=is+hellfire
“Could it be that the fire of hell is symbolic of all-consuming, or thorough, destruction? Separating fire from Hades, or hell, the Scriptures say: “Death and Hades were hurled into the lake of fire.” “The lake” mentioned here is symbolic, since death and hell (Hades) that are thrown into it cannot literally be burned. “This [lake of fire] means the second death”—death from which there is no hope of coming back to life.—Revelation 20:14. {jw.org/en/bible teaching/questions/Lake of fire}
The Lake of Fire. The Lake of Fire Is mentioned five times in the book of Revelation. The anti-christ, false prophets, the beast, they will tomented day and ight for ever ad ever. (7. P31)
Response.
What is important here is in those places are where people go. When you see the word symbolic, it is another way to say it is not literal. Several other words that could be used is, allusive, or suggestive. I have never read in the Bible, when it is as important as mans soul, God ever speaks in symbolic, allusive, or suggestive terms. If He says it, He means it. Fire in Hell is real and God has told people over the many millenium, that unblief in Christ lands one in hell, and in the end, hell is thrown in the lake of Fire. Remember that Charles Taze Russell said that Christ returned in 1914, but was invisiable. He also said as above, a loving God would not send millions of people to judgment. Judgment appears about 300 times in the Bible, Sheol, Hell, Hades, Grave, and the pit, and abyss appear 98 times in the Bible. It seems that an organization would not say that judgment and words God uses to make the point that there is a consequences for unblief. What is disgusting to God is that this organization has taken a stance against God and Christ. They teach things that are not in the Word of God. Remember, they believe that God has turned over the kingdom to them. Thier leaders are above Christ, and equal with God, in their paradise on earth.
Hell is a real place where the bodies of unbelievers and wicked people go. The place for those who do not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. What is it, it’s the place where one goes to spend eternity apart from God. Yes, you do know that your are in hell. Wicked people are resurrected at the Great White Throne judgment, after that they are thrown into hell, then hell is throne into the lake of fire. How does God describe hell, It is a place of weeping and knashing of teeth. So the wicked people there are aware of their surroundings, why, because their bodies are dead but their spirit lives on to live in torment because of their unbelief and hatred toward Jesus Christ. Revelation 19:20, Revelation 20:10
Yes there is a judgment, no matter what the Jehovah Witness believe or tell you.
That judgment comes at the end of your life. Jeremiah 31:30 But everone will die for his iniquity; each man who eats sour grapes, his teeth will be set on edge.
Hell Emptied!
“The sea gave up those dead in it, and death and Hades gave up those dead in them.” Yes, the Bible hell will be emptied. As Jesus promised, “the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear [Jesus’] voice and come out.” Although no longer presently existing in any form, millions of dead ones who are in Jehovah God’s memory will be resurrected, or brought back to life, in a restored earthly paradise.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1990243}
The ancient Greek philosophers, Socrates and Plato held that a soul inside a person survives death and never dies. What does the Bible teach about the soul? Adam “came to be a living soul,” says Jehovah Witness “He did not receive a soul; he was a soul—a whole person. The Scriptures speak of a soul’s doing work, craving food, being kidnapped, experiencing sleeplessness, and so forth. Yes, man himself is a soul. When a person dies, that soul dies.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/ 2009645}
“Consider also the case of the righteous man Job, who suffered much. Wishing to escape his plight, he pleaded: “Who will grant me this, that thou mayest protect me in hell [Sheol], and hide me till thy wrath pass?”* (Job 14:13, Douay Version) How unreasonable to think that Job desired to go to a fiery-hot place for protection! To Job, “hell” was simply the grave, where his suffering would end. The Bible hell, then, is the common grave of mankind where good people as well as bad ones go.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2002521}
Response.
There is no such place as the common grave of man. People of faith in Jesus Christ, their Spirit goes back to Christ and their body goes to dust the way they were made. The problem with the Jehovah Witness is they error when they believe that wicked people and the righteous people go to the same place. There will be two (2) resurrections, one for believers to receive their rewards for what they have done for Christ, at the judgment seat of Christ, when Christ returns for His faithful people, to receive their crowns, there old bodies will be transformed, from what was mortal or broken down, to one that will be like Christ’s, immortal, a body that will not decay, just as Christ is immortal.
Their will be a resurrection of the wicked unblieving at the Great White Throne judgment of God. They are shown that they are not written in the book of life, and then they will be shown, I believe, what they did against Christ during their life time. I believe one of the books opened is a book of deeds. If the beliver is judged for his or her good or bad deeds for Christ, then there is a book of deeds for the unblievers. Then they will be thrown into hell, and when all the judging is over, hell will be thrown into the Lake of Fire, where the spirits of the unblievers will be tormented day and night forever and ever. From the time of Charles Taze Russell said in the later 1800’s, that a loving God could not and would not send people to such a terrible everlasting punishment. So even to day, they still believe that lie. And in the end, they to will be judged individually, not as an organization.
We can read from God’s word about some of His judgments.
Rev 14:7 and He said with a loud voice, Fear God, and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come; l worship Him who made heaven and the earth and sea and springs of waters. 14:9 And another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, if anyone worships the beast and his image, and recieves the a mark on his forehead or upon his hand, 14:10 he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 14:11 And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; and they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of the beast. 16:2 And the first angel went and poured out his bowl into the earth; and it became a malignant sore upon the men who had the mark of the beast and who worshipped his image. 16:3 And the second angel poured out his bowl into the sea, and it became blood like that of a dead man; and every living thing in the sea died. 16:4 And the third angel poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of water; and they became blood. 16:5-6 And I heard the angel of the waters saying, Righteous art thou, Who art and who wast, O Holy One, because thou didst judge these things; for they poured out the blood of the saints and the prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink. They deserve it.
All the marterted are at Chrsit throne Rev 6:6, 19:1
Revelation 20:11-15 And I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life, and the dead were judged from the things were written in the books, according to their deeds. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds. And death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if ayone’s name was not found in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
What kind of people are destined to hell and the Lake of Fire.

  1. But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive hereies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves. And many will follow their senuality, and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned; and in their greed they will exploit you with false words; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them inti hell and committed them to pits of darlness, reserved for judgment; and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a preacher of righteousness, with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; and if He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction be reducing them to ashes, having made them an example to those who would live ungodly thereafter; and if He resued righteous Lot, oppressed by the sensual confuxt of unprincipled men, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from temptation, and keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment. 2. Fearful, unbelieving, the abominable, muderers, whoremongers, sorcerers, idolaters, liars, shall have their part in the lakewhich burneth with fire and brimstone: this is the second death. 3. And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies, assembled to the war against Him who sat upon the hose and His army. 4. But to those who are fleshly ambitious and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, wrath and indignation. There will be tribulation and distress for every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Greek. (Jews and Gentiles) 5. Matthew 10:36 And a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household. 6. 4-9, 2. 1.Rvelation 21:8, 2. Revelation 21:8, 3. Revelation 19:20 4. Romans 2:8-9, 5. Matthew 10:36
    Please understand, there are only two (2) places to go at death. If you are a believer heaven, unbelievers to Hell and eventually to the lake of fire.
  2. Does God’s Spirit and Soul have personality, and thinking ability?
    Scripture shows us how intertwined we are of God’s Spirit, Soul and His thoughts toward us, how He wants us to the think and act for His good Will. He says that He is in us to do His good pleasure. Are we aware of the work that He wants to perform through us. What does it take for us to see it?
  3. For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edge sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 2. And if anyone hears my sayings, and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. He who rejects me, and does not receive My saying, has one who judges him; the word I spoke is what will judge him; the word I spoke is what will judge him at the last day. 3.The heart is more deceitful than all else and desperatly wicked; who can understand it? I the Lord search the heart, test the mind, even to give to each man according to his ways, according to the results of his deeds. 4. Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervantly love one another from the heart, for you have been born again not of the seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and abiding word of God. 5. Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirley; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass. 6. Standing firm therefore, having girded your lions with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preperation of the gospel of peace; in addition to all taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming missiles of the evil one, and take THE HELMET OF SALVATION and the SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, which is the WORD OF GOD. 7. So that you walk in a manner worthy of God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory. And for this reason we also constantly thank God that when you received from us the word of God’s message, you accepted it not as the word of men, but for what it really is, the word of God, which also performs its work of God, which also performs its work in you who believe. 8. O Lord, thou hast searched me and known me, thou dost know when I sit down and when I rise up; thou dost understand my thought from afar. Thou dost scrutinize my path and my lying down, and art intimatley acquainted with all my ways. Even before there is a word on my tongue, behold, O Lord, thou dost know it all. Thou hast enclosed me behind and before, and laid thy hand upon me, such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is too high, I cannot attain it. Where can I go from thy Spirit? Or where can I flee from Thy presence? If I ascend to heaven, thou are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the dawn, if I dwell in the remotest part of the sea, even there , Thy hand will lead me, and Thy right hand will lay hold of me. If I say, surely the darkness will over whelm me, and the light around me will be night, even darkness is not to dark to thee, and the night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light are alike to Thee. For thou didst form my inward parts; thou didst weave me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to thee, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; wonderful are Thy works, and my soul know it very well.

  5. And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. KJV 2. Moreover, I will make my dwelling among you, and My soul will not reject you. 3. I then will destroy your high places, and cut down your incense alters, and heap your remains on the remains of your idols; for My soul shall not abhor you. 4. And He said. Oh My Lord! As your soul lives, My Lord, I am the woman who stood here , beside you praying to the Lord. 5. Have I not wept for the one whose life is hard? Was not My soul grieved for the needy? 6. And I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will faithfully plant them in this land with all My heart and with all My soul. 7. Then I annihilated the three shepherds in one month, for My soul was impatient with them, and their soul was weary of Me. 8. Behold, “MY SERVANT WHOM I HAVE CHOSEN; MY BELOVED IN WHOM MY SOUL IS WELL-PLEASED; I WILL PUT MY SPIRIT UPON HIM,AND HE SHALL PROCLAIM JUSTICE TO THE GENTILES.” 9. But My righteous one shall live by faith; and if He shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him.

    More Jehovah Witness
    “What happens to the spirit when a person dies? (NWT) “His spirit goes out, he goes back to his ground; in that day his thoughts do perish.” “When a person dies, his impersonal spirit does not go on existing in another realm as a spirit creature. It “returns to the true God who gave it.” ” This means that any hope of future life for that person now rests entirely with God. (Not with Salvation.)
    “All other people will be resurrected for the Great White judgment for all believers.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2001521}
    “What, then, is the condition of the dead? When pronouncing sentence upon Adam, Jehovah stated: “Dust you are and to dust you will return.” (Genesis 3:19) Where was Adam before God formed him from the dust of the ground and gave him life? Why, he simply did not exist! When he died, Adam returned to that state of complete absence of life. The condition of the dead is made clear at where we read: “The dead know nothing . . . In the grave, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.” (NIV) Scripturally, death is a state of nonexistence. The dead have no awareness, no feelings, no thoughts. jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2002521
    Response One thing that God has, He has known every person from Adam to the present and all who come to the end of time. God is all knowing, all powerful, all loving, just because He is all loving, doesn’t mean all people will love Him in return. And this is where their problem starts and ends. Jesus does not force us to believe, but He gives everybody the opportunity to believe. It is voluntary. It will effect where you go. Your body is dead, but your spirit lives on, as a believer or as an unbeliever.
    “Since the dead have no conscious existence, hell cannot be a fiery place of torment where the wicked suffer after death. What, then, is hell? Examining what happened to Jesus after he died helps to answer that question. The Bible writer Luke recounts: Neither was [Jesus] forsaken in Hades [hell, King James Version] nor did his flesh see corruption.”* (NWT) Where was the hell to which even Jesus went? The apostle Paul wrote: “I handed on to you . . . that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that he was buried, yes, that he has been raised up the third day according to the Scriptures.” (NWT) So Jesus was in hell, the grave, (Common grave of man) but he was not abandoned there, for he was raised up, or resurrected. An evil person will go to place of weeping and knashing of teeth.”) jw.org/en/wol/d//r1/lp-e/2002521
    “There is never a need to die again. Jehovah will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor out cry nor pain be anymore.” In fact, “the former things [will] have passed away.” What a blessing is in store”In the new world of God’s making, resurrected humans who comply with his righteous laws will for those in hell—“the memorial tombs”! This blessing indeed is reason enough for us to take in more knowledge of Jehovah God and his Son, Jesus Christ.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2002521}
    “As does Gehenna, the lake of fire symbolizes eternal destruction. Death and Hades are “hurled into” it in that they will be done away with when mankind is freed from sin and the condemnation of death. Willful, unrepentant sinners will also have their “portion” in that lake. (Revelation 21:8) They too will be annihilated forever. On the other hand, those in God’s memory who are in hell—the common grave of mankind—have a marvelous future.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1950884
    Response Roman 1:18-21 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who surpress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood be the things that are made, even His eternal power and the God head, so that they are without excuse: because that, when they knew God, they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
  7. Armageddan
    Who starts Armageddan? The Jehovah Witness teach that God starts a world wide campaign to defeat the armies of the world that are against Him. Jehovah’s Witnesses, however, expected that the Battle of Armageddon would be worldwide with Jesus leading a “heavenly army” to defeat the enemies of God. (May 3, 2017}
    As we have learned, the Bible tells about the end of the world. “The world is passing away,” the Bible says. (1 John 2:17) Do you think the end of the world will mean the end of the earth?— No, the Bible says that God made the earth “to be inhabited,” yes, for people to live on it and to enjoy it. (NWT) Isaiah 45:18) Psalm 37:29 says: “The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it.” For this reason the Bible also says that the earth will last forever.—Psalm 104:5; Ecclesiastes 1:4 (NWT). wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/lp-e/102015407
    Now, God says that his Kingdom will destroy the governments of men. But does he tell us to do that?— No, in the Bible, Armageddon is called “the war of the great day of God the Almighty.” (Revelation 16:14, 16 (NWT) Yes, Armageddon is God’s war, and he uses Jesus Christ to lead the heavenly armies in the fight. Is the war of Armageddon near? wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/lp-e/1101986089
    Since Jesus would be invisible in heaven, a sign that people could see was needed to show that he had begun ruling. So Jesus told about things his disciples should watch for here on earth. When these things happened, it would mean that he had returned and had begun ruling in heaven as King.

    “What this means to us today is that those now living in this time of judgment and who fail for one reason of another to take a stand for Jehovah, and are therefore slain by him at the battle of Armageddan, will not be retained in God’s memory for a resurrection. That this group of people will include the majority of humans now living on earth is shown by Jeremiah 25:33. (NWT) The slain of the Lord shall be at that day from one end of the earth, even unto the other end of earth, neither shall not be lamented, neither lamented, not buried, they shall be dung.” {Watchtower 1951, July p446}
    “Where did we learn Bible truth in the first place? Would we know the way of truth if it had not been for guidance from the orginization? Really, can we get along without the direction of God’s organization? No we cannot.” {Watchtower January 15, 1983} This is a question that was in the Watchtower? How many will compose this Christian congregation, and what is the “something better” that “God foresaw” for them?
    “During Judgment Day those who survive Armageddon will work to make the earth a paradise. Into this paradise the dead will be welcomed back. What happiness there will be when families long separated by death are joined together again! Yes, how pleasant to live in peace, to enjoy good health and to receive instruction regarding God’s purposes! The Bible says: “When there are judgments from you for the earth, righteousness is what the inhabitants of the productive land will certainly learn.” (Isaiah 26:9 NWT) During Judgment Day all the people will learn about Jehovah, and they will be given every opportunity to obey and serve him.” {je.org/en/wol/r/lp-e/1101989111}
    What does God say about Christ being invisable and Armageddon.
    Response.
    If Christ was invisiable, why did so many people see Christ after His resurrection?
    Christ Appeared to the disciples Christ Appeared to Mary Magdalene He appeared to the two men on the road to Emmaus. Jesus is not invisiable as He was going to heaven over 500 people saw Him going up to Heaven.
  8. Sheol from beneath is excited over you to meet you when you come; it arouses for you the spirits of the dead, all the leaders of the earth; it raises all the kings of the nations from all their thrones. They will respond and say to you, even you have been made weak as we, you have become like us. Your pomp and the music of your harps have been brought down to Sheol; maggots are spread out as your bed beneath you, and worms are your coverings. 2. For the Lord of Hosts has a day of panic, subjugation, and confusion in the valley of vision, breaking down walls and a crying to the mountains. 3. Hasten and come, all you surrounding nations, and gather yourselves there, bring down, O Lord, thy mighty ones, let the nations be aroused and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat, for there I will judge all the surrounding nations. 4. And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mounth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs. 5. And they gathered them together to the place which is called HarMagedon. 6. And the number of the armies of the horseman was 200,000,000 million; I heard the number of them. 7. And His eyes are a flame of fire, and upon His head are many diadems; and He has a name written upon Him which no one knows but Himself. 8. And from His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may smite the nations; and He will rule them with the rod of Iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name wriiten, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. And I saw and angel standing in the sun; and he cried out with a loud voice, saying to all the birds which fly in midheaven, “Come assemble for the great supper of God. 9. And the wine press was trodden outside the city, and the blood came out from the wine press, up to the horses bridles, for a distance of 200 miles. 10. And the I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies, assembled to make war against Him who sat upon the horse and His army. And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet who performed the signs in his presence, by which he deceived, those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image; these two were thrown into the lake of fire which burns with brimstone. And the rest were killed with the sword which came from the mouth of Him who sat upon the horse, and all the birds were filled with their flesh.

  10. New Heaven and the new Earth according to Jesus.
    This is Jehovah Witness idea of the new heaven and the new earth.
    The Bible tells about a “new heavens” and “a new earth.” (Isaiah 65:17; 2 Peter 3:13) The present “heavens” are made up of today’s human governments, but Jesus Christ and those who rule with him in heaven will make up the “new heavens.” How wonderful it will be when this new heavens, which is God’s righteous government of peace, rules the entire earth! jw.org/en/wol/d/lp-e/
    What, then, is the “new earth”?— The new earth will be good people who love Jehovah. You see, when the Bible speaks of “the earth,” it sometimes means the people who live on the earth, not the land itself.? (Genesis 11:1; Psalm 66:4; 96:1)(NWT) So the people who make up the new earth will live right here on this earth.
    As you can see the new Heaven and earth is contrary to Christ said Himself, truth is essential to every verse of the Bible. That is the reason that there is only one Word of God, the Holy Bible. These words were given to men from God through the Holy Spirit so from Moses to John, there is continuity of the word. That the Bible was given by God through men. Any translation, weather from the Jehovah Witesses, Mormans and any other group, they have changed the word of God into words that they like better than the trueth of the Bible. It is in the Bible from God through the ages that has endured through the ages and languages, but the message is the same. God sent His Son for the sins of the whole world, that He was born of a vrigin, became a man sent by God, at the proper time He was whipped, spat upon, bleed, had nails driven through His hands and feet to die on the Cross for the my sins and your sins. Then, He rose from the dead the third day, to defeat death, and satan was defeated by His death. satan has kown his fate since Gensis 3, for what he had done in the Garden to Adam and Eve, God past judgment on him.. Christ said before He left, I must go to prepare a place for you, and at the last trump, Christ shall come on the clouds of glory, to take home His very own, who have faith in Him alone. The new city came down from heaven, that was 1500 miles square, that the glory of God will dwell. There was no need for the Sun and Moon, because God is the light of the world. The choice is yours, In your life time you must chose, either, Eternal life, with God, or eternal death without God, which is hell where their is weeping and nashing of teeth.
    How do I look at the Jehovah Witness belief in the light of God’s Holy Bible
    Jehovah Witness seperate God from His Spirit. They believe that the Spirit was involved in giving man breath. God formed the dust of the earth to form man, but the Spirit breathed life into the dust. God says He is the Spirit . You cannot separate God from His Spirit. They are one and the same.
    Jehovah Witness says Everybody goes to hell except the 144,000 of Revelaton 7. The Jehovah Witness believe that they have replaced Israel. In Revelation 7, God marks the Jewish remnant, not Jehovah Witness organization.
    Jehovah Witness believe the organization leaders will live in the kingdom of heaven, it is called the little Flock or the 144,000 and they rule with Jehovah, ruling as kings and priests. They co-rule with Christ on paradise on earth. They make themselves equal to God and Christ by seperating them, one above the other.
    Jehovah Witness do not talk about individual sin. Because satan made Adam and Eve to sin, they believe that caused God’s plan of redemption to fail. Therefore, when Christ was raised from the dead, that paid for the redemption of Adam and Eve. Therfore everybody goes to hell, then when Christ returns, He will make the earth new again and be perfect, just as the original earth was before there was sin and death. God will go back to his original plan, of everybody will be perfect and live forever on this earth. Entire families will live together in peace and harmony, work, have an abundance of food and water on this earth. The only people that are destined for eternal destruction are the poeple who reject the will of God.
    Jehovah Witness organization, if any member rejects their teachings, they will be rejected by God and spend it in Gehenna, because they have rejected Gods will.
    Jehovah Witness has removed all judgments of God and Christ to all men, those that are dead, alive and those that have been dead from the beginning of time.
    Jehovah Witness believe that there is no inheritance for the people on earth.
    Joehovah Witness believe God is not personal. Russell said “Since God is love, there can be no judgment. He would not condemn ,millions of people to death.
    Jehovah Witness believe that God sometimes forgets people. Why, they say that for you to be resurrected, you have to be in God’s memory. It has nothing to do with faith, but God’s memory.
    Jehovah Witness have no honor or reverance for God. They thought God was wrong about sending people to eternal destruction, for eternity. It is the entire scope of scripture. They do not want their members to see what God’s purpose for man is.
    Jehovah Witness believe that the bible often compares death to sleep. A person that is asleep is unaware of what is happening around him. Likewise, the dead are unaware, the dead are not conscious of anything.Yet the bible teaches that God can awaken the dead as if from sleep and give them life. Again for those who God resurrects, death is not the end. No distinction of saved or unsaved.
    Jehovah Witness believe that the people in the OT, some dead people were thrown into Gehenna, a place ourside of the old City of Jerusalem, the people they put there, were unworthy Jews and were burned {jw.org/en/publications/books/hope of the ressurection of the dead}
    Final Response from Jehovah God
    Who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand, and marked off the heavens by the span, and calculated the dust of the earth by measure, and weighed the mountains in a balance, and the hills in a pair of scales? Who has directed the Spirit of the Lord, or as His counselor has informed Him? With whom did He consult and who gave Him understanding? And taught Him in the path of justice and taught Him knowledge, and informed Him of the way of understanding? Behold the nations are like a drop from a bucket, and are regarded as a speck of dust on the scales; behold He lifts up the islands like fine dust. Even Lebanon is not enough to burn, nor its beasts enough for a burnt offering, All the nations are as nothing before Him, they are regarded by Him as less than nothing and meaningless. To whom then will you liken God? Or what likeness will you compare with Him? As for the idol, a craftsman casts it, a goldsmith plates it with gold, and a silversmith fashions chains of silver, he who is too impoverished for such an offering selects a tree that does not rot; he seeks out a skillful craftsman to prepare a idol that will not totter. Do you not know? Have you not heard? Has it not been declared to you from the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth? It is He who sits above the vault of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, who stretch out the heavens like a curtain and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in. It is He who reduces to nothing, who makes the judge of the earth meaningless. Scarcley have they been planted, sarcely, have they been sown, scarcely has their stock taken root in the earth, but merely blows on them, and they wither, and the storm carries them away like stubble. To whom then do you liken Me that I should be his equal? Says the Holy one. Lift up your eyes on high and see who has created these stars, the one who leads forth their host by number, He calls them by name; because of the greatness of His might and the strength of His power, not one of them is missing. Yet those who waite for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary. Isaiah 40:12-26, 31
    Please take into your heart, soul and mind. What the Jehovah Witness Organization wants people to believe about the New World Translation, it is the truth, and it is the word of God. Remember that the founder, Charles Taze Russell came to the belief that any partional truth could be the whole truth. He couldn’t bring himself to believe that God could sentence so many people to eternal torment through judgment. Because of their unbelief, which is wickedness. Instead of, for the good in people and letting God do the work, they have compiled rules and regulations that seperate people by not allowing their members from work place friend ships, they do not want young members to go to college, in some extreme cases, family members can’t even talk to each other because of some society rules. The are not allowed to join the military. They do not celebrate birthdays, There is a group of former members of the watchtower that have put out a list of 140 rules and regulations. The Jehovah witness attacked God’s credibility and His right to make any judgment on people. That is the reason that everybody, the righteous and the wicked, go hell to waite for the resurrection. They have changed His word, the Holy Bible, into something that does not show how merciful and righteous God is. Jesus is not God to them, They believe that Jesus is the Arc Angel Gabriel. They have turned the Holy Bible on its head and twisted His words so they can claim that they are the only way to Jehovah God, not Jesus. Jesus said, I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father but through me. They seperate God from His word, by making His word a god. Now they say they came to this is in an Epgyptian coptic language (4)in the second century, where they used the word liitle god. As going from one language to another, that may not have the same words as in the original.
    NWT Jehovah Witness render John 1:1 In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was a god.
    God’s Holy Bible, John 1:1 In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God.
    In an atricle I read on this, it is from true God to true God. The word possesses all the qualities of God. The Jehovah Witness believe that Jesus is a lesser devine being, “a god.” One of the earliest translations of the new Greek testament, into another language was Sahidic Coptic, which was spoken in the first century. This language like English but unlike Greek, has an indefinite article, a or an and it happens this indefinite article precedes the Coptic word “god.” (8)
    God and His word are one in the same. You cannot have one without the other. Without His word you would not know what His commands are, you would not know about His righteousness, mercy, peace, protection, and being savior, protector, creator and sustainer.

Foot notes previously used in article 3. These footnotes came from a thesis paper from a Theological School. I had cpmputer problems and did not get the Seminary’s name and the city it was in. I could not find the paper again. I tried many ways of finding it, but to no avail. I was just able to print foot note page before I lost it. This thesis was written around 1935 to 1940.
Please note: That no where in the hundreds of pages that I have read that they have talked about faith in Jesus Christ as being the Savior, or have the Jehovah Witness talked about that man is sinful and in need of a savior. They teach that Jehovah God has given them the keys to heaven, and only they say the righteous and the wicked go to hell, everybody gets to escape any penalty for any evil committed. All they talk about is if you believe in the organization, you will be allowed into paradise on earth. How far from the truth of God this is! Just remember how Russell dealt with the truth, as long as it had a little truth that was okay for the other part to be a lie.

The Beatitudes of Jesus

Reverence

Psalm 2:11-12

Worship the LORD with reverence and rejoice with trembling, do homage to the Son, least He become angry, and you perish in the way, for His rath may soon be kindled, how blessed are all who take refuge in Him. NASB

The Beatitudes of Jesus. This is called the sermon on the mount. Beatitude means extreme blessedness. How should we learn about life from Jesus and His works through His word, and how they should be applied in our lives. When Jesus came into the region of Galilee to teach thousands of people, including His disciples. These are Jesus own words that He taught the people of that day, and His words are just as relevant now than they were then. He is LORD and King, Savior and Redeemer, of life and death, who has the words that will never change, He is the same yesterday and today, yes and forever. Hebrews 13:8 It is in God’s word that pronounces everything He is supposed to be to us. He is the Holy God that deserves our praise and we say to Him, Holy, Holy, Holy is He.

Matthew 5,6,7

Jesus’s Proclamation of His Grace

The Blessed People 5:1-12

And when He saw the multitudes, He went up on the mountain; and after He sat down, His disciples came to Him. And opening His mouth He began to teach them saying,

Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.                                              Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.                                                           Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth.                                                                  Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.                Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.                                                                   Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.                                                                    Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.                                              Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness. for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.                                                                                                                                       Blessed are you when men cast insults at you, and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, on account of Me, REJOICE, and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

When you step into the public arena and tell people about Christ, to Christ that is worthy of the highest praise people can give you, calling you names in the name of Christ. Jesus said: “If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you, if you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.” John 15:18-19

                                                               People as Salt 5:13-16

You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how will it be made salty again? It is good for nothing anymore, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do men light a lamp, and put it under the peck measure, but on the lamp stand; and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

                                             Jesus Fulfills and preserves the Law 5:17-19

Do you think that I came to abolish the law of the prophets: I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill. For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass away from the law, until it is accomplished. Whoever the annuls one of the least of these commandments, and so teaches others, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

                                                             Murder and Anger 5:20-26

For I say to you, that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall not enter the kingdom of heaven. You have heard that the ancients were told, you shall not commit murder, and whoever commits murder shall be liable to the court. But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be guilty before the court; and whoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be guilty before the supreme court; and whoever shall say, you fool, shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell. If therefore you are presenting your offering at the alter, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your offering there before the alter, and go your way;first be reconciled to your brother, and then come present your offering. Make friends quickly with your opponent may not deliver you to the judge, and the judge to the officer, and you be thrown into prison. Truly I say to you, you shall not come out of there, until you have paid up the last cent.

                                                      Adultery, eye and hand 5:27-20

You have heard that it was said, you shall not commit adultery; but I say to you, that everyone who looks at a women to lust for her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. And if your right hand makes you stumble, cut it off, and throw it from you; for it is better for you that one of the parts of your body perish, than your whole body to go into hell.

                                                                  Divorce 5:31-32

And it is said, whoever sends his wife away, let him give her a certificate of divorce; but I say to you that ever one who divorces his wife, except for the cause of unchastity, makes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

                                                          Vows and Oaths   5:32-37

Again, you have heard that the ancients were told, you shall not make false vows, but shall fulfill your vows to the Lord, but I say to you, make no oath at all, either by heaven, for it is the throne of God, or by the earth, for it is the footstool of His feet, or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great king. Nor shall you make an oath by your head, for you cannot make one hair white or black. But let your statement be, yes, yes; and no, no; and anything beyond these is of evil.

                                                           Non-retaliation 5:38-42

You have heard that it is said, an eye for a eye, and a tooth for a tooth. But I say to you, do not resist him who is evil; but whoever slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if anyone wants to sue you, and takes your shirt, let him have your coat also. And whoever shall force you to go one mile, go with him two. Give to him who asks of you, and do not turn away from him who wants to borrow from you.

                                      Jesus shows us what love is and means 5:43-48

You have heard that it was said, you shall love your neighbor. But I say to you, love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you in order that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even tax gatherers do the same? And do you greet your brothers only? Do not even the gentiles do the same? Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

                                                        Almsgiving, Privately 6:1-4

Beware of practicing your righteousness before men to be noticed by them; otherwise you have no reward with your Father who is in heaven. When therefore you give alms, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be honored by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But when you give alms, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing that your alms may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will repay you.

                                                                    Prayer 6:5-15

And when you pray, you are not to be as the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners, in order to be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father sees in secret will repay you. And when you pray do not use meaningless repetition, as the gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words. Therefore do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.                  Pray then, in this way

Our Father who art in haven,                                                                                                       Hallowed be Thy name.                                                                                                                          Thy kingdom come,                                                                                                                                Thy will be done.                                                                                                                                    On earth as it is in heaven.                                                                                                                   Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts,                                                                    as we also have forgiven our debtors.                                                                                                  And do not lead us into temptation,                                                                                                     But deliver us from evil.                                                                                                                               [For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever, Amen.]                                            For if you forgive men their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive men, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.

                                              Fast happily and secretly 6:16-18

And when ever you fast, do not put on a gloomy face as the hypocrites do, for they neglect their appearance in order to be seen fasting by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But you, when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face so that you may not seen fasting by men, but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will repay you.

                                                   Wealth and Worry 6:19-34

Do not lay up for yourselves treasures upon the earth, were moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But lay up for your selves treasures in heaven, where neither moth or dust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. The lamp of the body is the eye, if therefore your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness! No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will hold one and despise the other. You cannot serve food and mammon. For this reason I say to you, do not be anxious for your life, as to what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; or for your body as to what you shall put on, is not life more than food, and the body than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, neither do they reap, or gather into barns, and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth more than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single cubit to his life’s span? And why are you anxious about clothing? Observe how the lilly of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin. Yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory did not clothe himself like one of these. But if God so arrays the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more do so for you, O men of little faith? Do not be anxious then, saying, what shall we eat? Or what shall we drink? Or with what shall we clothe ourselves? For all these things the gentiles eagerly seek; for your heavenly Father knows what you need all these things. But seek first His kingdom, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not be anxious for tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

                                                              Do not judge 7:1-6

Do not judge lest you be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it shall be measured to you. And why do you look at the speak that is in your brother eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, let me take the speak out of your eye, and behold, the log is in your own eye? You hypocrite , first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speak out of your brothers eye. Do not give what is holy to the dogs, and do not throw your pearls before swine, least they be trampled under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces. Believers should not always take for granted that every body is going to be honest and up right in the way they approach any situation. A non believer may be looking to get something from you by telling you an untruth. A believer may not think what he said is untrue and in ones eagerness to help, we cast what has value to us to someone who could care less what it is. In other words, that person does not appreciate or value what you have give them. Sometimes it is good to look at peoples motives. During this time in history dogs and pigs were despised.

                                                           Ask, Seek and Knock 7:7-11

Ask, and it shall be given to you, seek, and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks, it shall be opened. Or what man is there among you, when his son shall ask him for a loaf, will give him a stone? Or if he shall ask for a fish, he will not give him a snake will he? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!

                                                           Treatment of others 7:12

Therefore, however you want people to treat you, so treat them, for this is the law of the prophets.

                                                The broad and narrow road to Life 7:13-14

Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide, and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter by it. For the gate is small, and the way is narrow that leads to life, and few are those who find it…. What this is all about is choosing your friends, the company you keep, the places you go and the things you do. One Sunday my Pastor Ron said this about sin, “Sin will take further than you wanted to go, keep you longer than you wanted to stay, and cost you more than you wanted to pay. Which road and gate would you rather chose”?

                                                      False and True Teaching 7:15-20

Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes, nor figs from thistles are they? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit; but the bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit. nor can a bad tree produce good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into a fire. So then, you will know them by their fruit.

                                                 The true way into the Kingdom 7:21-23

Not everyone who says Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven; but he who does the will of my father who is in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name cast out demons, and in your name perform many miracles? And then I will declare to them, I ever knew you; “depart from me, you who practice lawlessness”

                                                    Where do your loyalties rest 7:24-27

Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine, and acts upon them, may be compared to a wise man, who built his house upon a rock. And the rains descended, and the floods came, and the wind blew, and burst against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been found upon the rock. And everyone who hears these words of mine, and does not act upon them , will be like a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand. And the rains descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and burst against that house; and it fell, and great was its fall.

                                                      Response to the words of Jesus 7:28-29

The result was that when Jesus had finished these words, the multitudes were amazed at His teaching; for He was teaching them as one having authority, and not as their scribes.

Do not follow the crowd, do not follow anybody in the crowed. Only follow if their words are as Jesus taught, Belief in Jesus Christ to the forgiveness of sins, that His path is the only way into the kingdom of heaven. Have many friends so you may win some to Christ, but only act upon His words because they are true. Jesus wants to lead you in His truth and righteousness, today would you make a commitment to allow Him to lead you? He would like it to be justjesusandyou. He will bring you into His word.

Denominationalism and the Jehovah Witness 4-4

Reverence

Isaiah 61:1-3 These are Isaiah word from The Lord God. The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted, He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to captives, and freedom to prisoners; to proclaim the favorable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn. To grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.

Denominationalism and the Jehovah Witness 4 of 4 June 13, 2019

2 Peter 2:15-20 Forsaking the right way they have gone astray, having followed the way of Ballam, the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness, but he received a rebuke for his own transgression; from a dumb donkey, speaking with a voice of a man, restrained the madness of a prophet. These are springs without water, and mists driven by storm, for whom the black darkness has been reserved. For speaking out arrogant words of vanity they entice by fleshly desires, by sensuality, those who barely escape from the ones who live in error, promising them freedom while they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by what man has overcome, by this he is enslaved. For if after they have escaped the defilement’s of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and are over come, the last state has become worse for them than the first.

And I know how such a man-whether in the body or part from the body I do not know, God knows-was caught up into Paradise, and heard inexpressible words, which no man is not permitted to speak.” {3. In hell he lifted up his eyes being in torment, and seeing Abraham a far off, and Lazarus in his bosom, he cried and said, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus to dip his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

Sheol or Hades Is a very large area in the center of the earth. Sheol has two compartments. The top compartment contains Paradise, one compartment empty, and another is soul in Sheol. The bottom compartment contains Tormented Souls in Sheol, next, Tartarus 2 Peter 2:4 and Jude 6, then Lowest Hell, Dueteronomy 32:22, Psalm 86:13, Isaiah 5:14. Another empty compartment for this row Revelation 20:13, Fire in Sheol Dueteronomy 32:22, Luke 16:23-25. Between these two compartments is the great gulf fixed, they could talk but not pass from either compartment. Luke 16:26 {6. P-1}

Since Christs resurrection Hell is a place of torment.
What ever image the word “hell” brings to your mind, hell is generally thought of as a place of punishment for sin.” {jw.org/e/wol/d/r1/lp-e 2002521}
Christ says if you take me as savior you are blessed and have eternal life. The second group may be alive in the flesh, but are dead spiritually, eventually they are not blessed, but condemned and do not have eternal life. They are dead in their unbelief. At death they are dead and judged physically, and spiritually.

The Jehovah Witness believe that Paradise to come, is on this earth.

The Organization believes that God’s creation of earth was meant to be perfect and everybody was supposed to live forever on earth. Because of Adam and Eves sin, we now have to wait for the second resurrection for this to happen. With this development of having to wait for the Great White Throne judgment for hell to be opened up to live on earth. “They believe that the Bible reveals Jehovah’s qualities to us. Because of sin, the righteous and the wicked go to hell until the second resurrection. Then all are let out of hell, back on earth so God can tell everybody what the commands are and any new rules that God has made since the beginning.

“Could it be that the fire of hell is symbolic of all-consuming, or thorough, destruction? Separating fire from Hades, or hell, the Scriptures say: “Death and Hades were hurled into the lake of fire.” “The lake” mentioned here is symbolic, since death and hell (Hades) that are thrown into it cannot literally be burned. “This [lake of fire] means the second death”—death from which there is no hope of coming back to life.—Revelation 20:14. {jw.org/en/bible teaching/questions/Lake of fire}

The Lake of Fire. The Lake of Fire Is mentioned five times in the book of Revelation. The anti-Christ, false prophets, the beast, they will tormented day and night for ever ad ever. (7. P31)

Fire in Hell is real and God has told people over the many millennium, that unbelief in Christ lands one in hell, and in the end, hell is thrown in the lake of Fire. Remember that Charles Taze Russell said that Christ returned in 1914, but was invisible. He also said as above, a loving God would not send millions of people to judgment. Judgment appears about 300 times in the Bible, Sheol, Hell, Hades, Grave, and the pit, and abyss appear 98 times in the Bible. It seems that an organization would not say that judgment and words God uses to make the point that there is a consequences for unbelief. What is disgusting to God is that this organization has taken a stance against God and Christ. They teach things that are not in the Word of God. Remember, they believe that God has turned over the kingdom to them. Their leaders are above Christ, and equal with God, in their paradise on earth.
How does God describe hell, It is a place of weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Jeremiah 31:30 But everyone will die for his iniquity; each man who eats sour grapes, his teeth will be set on edge.

Hell Emptied!
“The sea gave up those dead in it, and death and Hades gave up those dead in them.” Yes, the Bible hell will be emptied. As Jesus promised, “the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear [Jesus’] voice and come out.” Although no longer presently existing in any form, millions of dead ones who are in Jehovah God’s memory will be resurrected, or brought back to life, in a restored earthly paradise.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1990243}
The ancient Greek philosophers, Socrates and Plato held that a soul inside a person survives death and never dies. What does the Bible teach about the soul? Adam “came to be a living soul,” says Jehovah Witness “He did not receive a soul; he was a soul—a whole person. The Scriptures speak of a soul’s doing work, craving food, being kidnapped, experiencing sleeplessness, and so forth. Yes, man himself is a soul. When a person dies, that soul dies.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/ 2009645}
“Consider also the case of the righteous man Job, who suffered much. Wishing to escape his plight, he pleaded: “Who will grant me this, that thou mayst protect me in hell [Sheol], and hide me till thy wrath pass?”* (Job 14:13, Douay Version) How unreasonable to think that Job desired to go to a fiery-hot place for protection! To Job, “hell” was simply the grave, where his suffering would end. The Bible hell, then, is the common grave of mankind where good people as well as bad ones go.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2002521}

Their will be a resurrection of the wicked unbelieving at the Great White Throne judgment of God. They are shown that they are not written in the book of life, and then they will be shown, I believe, what they did against Christ during their life time. I believe one of the books opened is a book of deeds. If the believer is judged for his or her good or bad deeds for Christ, then there is a book of deeds for the unbelievers. Then they will be thrown into hell, and when all the judging is over, hell will be thrown into the Lake of Fire, where the spirits of the unbelievers will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
14:9 And another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, if anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives the a mark on his forehead or upon his hand, 14:10 he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 14:11 And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; and they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of the beast. 16:2 And the first angel went and poured out his bowl into the earth; and it became a malignant sore upon the men who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image.
All the martyred are at Christ throne Rev 6:6, 19:1
Revelation 20:11-15 And I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life, and the dead were judged from the things were written in the books, according to their deeds. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds. And death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone’s name was not found in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
What kind of people are destined to hell and the Lake of Fire.

  1. But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned; and in their greed they will exploit you with false words; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment; and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a preacher of righteousness, with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; and if He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction be reducing them to ashes, having made them an example to those who would live ungodly thereafter; and if He rescued righteous Lot, oppressed by the sensual confuxt of unprincipled men, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from temptation, and keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment. 2. Fearful, unbelieving, the abominable, murderers, whore mongers, sorcerers, idolaters, liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: this is the second death. 6. 4-9, 2. 1.Revelation 21:8, 2.
3.The heart is more deceitful than all else and desperately wicked; who can understand it? I the Lord search the heart, test the mind, even to give to each man according to his ways, according to the results of his deeds. 4. Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, for you have been born again not of the seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and abiding word of God. 5. Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass. 6. Standing firm therefore, having girded your lions with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; in addition to all taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming missiles of the evil one, and take THE HELMET OF SALVATION and the SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, which is the WORD OF GOD. Thou dost scrutinize my path and my lying down, and art intimately acquainted with all my ways. 1.Hebrews 4:12, 2. John 14:47-48, 3. Jeremiah17:9-10, 4. 1 Peter 1:22-23, 5. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24, 6. Ephesians 6:14-17, 7. 1 Thessalonians 2:13, 8. Psalm 139:1-14.

      “All other people will be resurrected for the Great White judgment for all believers.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2001521}
The condition of the dead is made clear at where we read: “The dead know nothing . . . In the grave, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.” (NIV) Scripturaly, death is a state of nonexistence.
      “Since the dead have no conscious existence, hell cannot be a fiery place of torment where the wicked suffer after death. What, then, is hell? Examining what happened to Jesus after he died helps to answer that question. The Bible writer Luke recounts: Neither was [Jesus] forsaken in Hades [hell, King James Version] nor did his flesh see corruption.”* (NWT) Where was the hell to which even Jesus went? The apostle Paul wrote: “I handed on to you . . . that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that he was buried, yes, that he has been raised up the third day according to the Scriptures.” (NWT) So Jesus was in hell, the grave, (Common grave of man) but he was not abandoned there, for he was raised up, or resurrected.       “There is never a need to die again. Jehovah will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor out cry nor pain be anymore.” In fact, “the former things [will] have passed away.” What a blessing is in store”In the new world of God’s making, resurrected humans who comply with his righteous laws will for those in hell—“the memorial tombs”! This blessing indeed is reason enough for us to take in more knowledge of Jehovah God and his Son, Jesus Christ.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2002521}
      Response Roman 1:18-21 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident within them; for God made it evident to them.
  5. 9. Armageddon
    Who starts Armageddon? The Jehovah Witness teach that God starts a world wide campaign to defeat the armies of the world that are against Him. Jehovah’s Witnesses, however, expected that the Battle of Armageddon would be worldwide with Jesus leading a “heavenly army” to defeat the enemies of God. (May 3, 2017}
    As we have learned, the Bible tells about the end of the world.
    “A great crowd will survive Armageddon. The Great crowd refers to Jehovah’s Witness alone.” {Watchtower 2017 June p16}
    “These people were,”counted worthy to be guided to fountains of Waters of life.” {Watchtower January, (Unnumbered great crowd, study edition.}
    “What this means to us today is that those now living in this time of judgment and who fail for one reason of another to take a stand for Jehovah, and are therefore slain by him at the battle of Armageddon, will not be retained in God’s memory for a resurrection. That this group of people will include the majority of humans now living on earth is shown by Jeremiah 25:33. (NWT) The slain of the Lord shall be at that day from one end of the earth, even unto the other end of earth, neither shall not be lamented, neither lamented, not buried, they shall be dung.” {Watchtower 1951, July p446}
    “Where did we learn Bible truth in the first place? Would we know the way of truth if it had not been for guidance from the organization? Really, can we get along without the direction of God’s organization? No we cannot.” {Watchtower January 15, 1983} This is a question that was in the Watchtower? How many will compose this Christian congregation, and what is the “something better” that “God foresaw” for them?
    “During Judgment Day those who survive Armageddon will work to make the earth a paradise. Into this paradise the dead will be welcomed back. What happiness there will be when families long separated by death are joined together again! Yes, how pleasant to live in peace, to enjoy good health and to receive instruction regarding God’s purposes! The Bible says: “When there are judgments from you for the earth, righteousness is what the inhabitants of the productive land will certainly learn.” (Isaiah 26:9 NWT) During Judgment Day all the people will learn about Jehovah, and they will be given every opportunity to obey and serve him.” {je.org/en/wol/r/lp-e/1101989111}
    What does God say about Christ being invisible and Armageddon.
    Response.
    If Christ was invisible, why did so many people see Christ after His resurrection?
    Christ Appeared to the disciples Christ Appeared to Mary Magdalene He appeared to the two men on the road to Emmaus. Jesus is not invisible as He was going to heaven over 500 people saw Him going up to Heaven.
  6. 4. And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs. 5. And they gathered them together to the place which is called Armageddon. And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. And I saw and angel standing in the sun; and he cried out with a loud voice, saying to all the birds which fly in mid heaven, “Come assemble for the great supper of God.

Any translation, weather from the Jehovah Witnesses, Mormons and any other group, they have changed the word of God into words that they like better than the truth of the Bible. It is in the Bible from God through the ages that has endured through the ages and languages, but the message is the same. God sent His Son for the sins of the whole world, that He was born of a virgin, became a man sent by God, at the proper time He was whipped, spat upon, bleed, had nails driven through His hands and feet to die on the Cross for the my sins and your sins. Then, He rose from the dead the third day, to defeat death, and satan was defeated by His death. satan has known his fate since Genesis 3, for what he had done in the Garden to Adam and Eve, God past judgment on him.. The choice is yours, In your life time you must chose, either, Eternal life, with God, or eternal death without God, which is hell where their is weeping and gnashing of teeth.
    How do I look at the Jehovah Witness belief in the light of God’s Holy Bible
    Jehovah Witness separate God from His Spirit. They believe that the Spirit was involved in giving man breath. God formed the dust of the earth to form man, but the Spirit breathed life into the dust. God says He is the Spirit . You cannot separate God from His Spirit. They are one and the same.
    Jehovah Witness says Everybody goes to hell except the 144,000 of Revelation 7.
They make themselves equal to God and Christ by separating them, one above the other.
    Jehovah Witness do not talk about individual sin. Because satan made Adam and Eve to sin, they believe that caused God’s plan of redemption to fail. Therefore, when Christ was raised from the dead, that paid for the redemption of Adam and Eve. Therefore everybody goes to hell, then when Christ returns, He will make the earth new again and be perfect, just as the original earth was before there was sin and death. God will go back to his original plan, of everybody will be perfect and live forever on this earth. Entire families will live together in peace and harmony, work, have an abundance of food and water on this earth. The only people that are destined for eternal destruction are the people who reject the will of God.
    Jehovah Witness believe God is not personal.
    Jehovah Witness have no honor or reverence for God.
    Jehovah Witness believe that the people in the OT, some dead people were thrown into Gehenna, a place outside of the old City of Jerusalem, the people they put there, were unworthy Jews and were burned {jw.org/en/publications/books/hope of the resurrection of the dead}
Scarcely have they been planted, scarcely, have they been sown, scarcely has their stock taken root in the earth, but merely blows on them, and they wither, and the storm carries them away like stubble. To whom then do you liken Me that I should be his equal? Says the Holy one. Lift up your eyes on high and see who has created these stars, the one who leads forth their host by number, He calls them by name; because of the greatness of His might and the strength of His power, not one of them is missing. Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary.
Instead of, for the good in people and letting God do the work, they have compiled rules and regulations that separate people by not allowing their members from work place friend ships, they do not want young members to go to college, in some extreme cases, family members can’t even talk to each other because of some society rules. The are not allowed to join the military. They do not celebrate birthdays, There is a group of former members of the watchtower that have put out a list of 140 rules and regulations. The Jehovah witness attacked God’s credibility and His right to make any judgment on people. That is the reason that everybody, the righteous and the wicked, go hell to wait for the resurrection. They separate God from His word, by making His word a god. Now they say they came to this is in an Egyptian Coptic language (4)in the second century, where they used the word little god.
    In an article I read on this, it is from true God to true God. The word possesses all the qualities of God. The Jehovah Witness believe that Jesus is a lesser divine being, “a god.” One of the earliest translations of the new Greek testament, into another language was Sahidic Coptic, which was spoken in the first century. This language like English but unlike Greek, has an indefinite article, a or an and it happens this indefinite article precedes the Coptic word “a god.” (8) God and His word are one in the same. You cannot have one without the other. Without His word you would not know what His commands are, you would not know about His righteousness, mercy, peace, protection, and being savior, protector, creator and sustained.

4-Denominationalism of the Jehovah Witness END Part 4

Foot notes previously used in article 3. These footnotes came from a thesis paper from a Theological School. I had computer problems and did not get the Seminary’s name and the city it was in.
They teach that Jehovah God has given them the keys to heaven, and only they say the righteous and the wicked go to hell, everybody gets to excape ay penalty for any evil committed. All they talk about is if you believe in the organization, you will be allowed into paradise on earth. How far from the truth of God this is! Just remember how Russell dealt with the truth, as long as it had a little truth that was okay for the other part to be a lie.

Jehovah Witness Denominationalism 3 of 4

Reverence;
Psalm 19:7-14 The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making the wise simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the Lord are true; they are righteous altogether. They are more desirable than Gold, yes , than much fine gold; sweeter than the honey and the drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover, by them Thy servants are warned; in keeping them there is great reward. Who can discern his errors? acquit me of hidden faults. Also keep back thy servant from presumptuous sins; let them not rule over me; then I shall be blameless, and I shall be acquitted of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. Amen and Amen

Jehovah Witness Denominizationalism 3 of 4
No organization can take care of my sin, and forgive me for my sin. Only the righteousness of Jesus Christ, can my sins be erased from my past, and never to be remembered, ever again. Only Jesus can teach me His path of life, were Jesus teaches us the keys of life in His true word of God, the Holy Bible. Man made religion can never explain or teach righteousness through salvation, they can only teach rules and regulations that control what their members do, believe and say. They believe that obedience to the organization is the only way for anyone to come to the Truth. The truth is peace meal and never the full truth. Remember what Charles Taze Russel said, that in every apostles creed their is some truth. As long as a Watchtower statement contains some truth, it is okay to lie about the rest, or change the words in their bible, The following beliefs are out of the Watchtower Society, compare the New World Translation to the Holy Bible of God and Christ, Jesus wants to have a personal relationship with you. He will give you a life of faith, peace, comfort and love, and at the end, be with Him in the New Heaven and the New Earth. An impersonal organization can never do this. When a organization starts to deviate just a little bit, there is a split in the road and life. And as time goes by, 1 inch off, becomes two, then four, then there comes appoint that their translation becomes more important than the word of God itself.

  • 4. Life in a Restored Paradise on Earth according to Jehovah Witness.
  • “Jesus confidently, spoke of believers living again, and he told his disciples that this was a certainty. In the re-creation, He said [you] will inherit ever lasting life. What did Jesus mean by in the re-creation?” (NWT) In the parallel account in Luke 18:28-30, (NWT) “why does the bible speak of the coming system of things? as being the same as re-creation?” {jw.org/en/publications/magazines/200809/life-in-paradise}
    “Evidently it was to emphasize that Jehovah God will see to it that his original purpose for mankind to enjoy eternal life in an earthly paradise will be realized. Humans will be restored to the perfection enjoyed by Adam and Eve prior to their sin. So, in the coming system of things, there will be the re-creation of the Paradise conditions that existed in the garden of Eden.” {jw.org/en/wol/publications/magazines/200809/life-in-paradise}
  • “While on earth, Jesus taught his followers to pray for the very means that God will use to restore righteous conditions earth wide. Jesus said we should pray; let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth. God appointed his Son to be the Ruler of this kingdom, which will carry out God’s purpose, that Paradise conditions be enjoyed everywhere on earth.” The Bible answers, saying: “In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e 2008562} NWT
    Jehovah God has four requirements to live in paradise on earth, by Jehovah Witness. A” Jesus said in prayer to his Father: “This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ. Knowledge of God and of Jesus Christ includes knowledge of God’s purposes regarding the earth and Christ’s role as earth’s new King.”
    B. “It is to obey God’s laws, yes, conform one’s life to the moral requirements set out in the Bible, this includes refraining from a debauched, immoral way of life.”
    C. “That we be associated with God’s channel, his organization. God has always used an organization, for example, only those in the Ark in Noah’s day survived the flood, and only those associated with the Christian congregation in the first century had God’s favor. (NWT) Similarly Jehovah is using only one organization today to accomplish His will. To receive everlasting life in the earthly Paradise, we must identify with that organization and serve God as part of it.”
    Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” Even as thou gavest Him authority over all man kind, that to all whom thou hast given Him, He may give eternal life. John 17:2
    D. “God requires that the prospective subjects of his Kingdom support his government by loyally advocating his Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth. (NWT) Will you meet this requirement, by telling others about God’s Kingdom?” all {3., a,b,c,d, Watchtower announcing Jehovah’s Kingdom-1983 w83 2/15 pp. 12-15}
    Response: Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” Even as thou gavest Him authority over all man kind, that to all whom thou hast given Him, He may give eternal life. John 17:2
  • 1. Do not marvel at this; for an hour is coming, in which all who are in the tombs shall hear His voice, and shall come forth, those who did the good deeds to a resurrection of life, those who committed the evil deeds to a resurrection of Judgment. 2. Do not love the world, or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world. And the world is passing away, and also the lusts, but one who does the will of God abides forever. 3.For the wicked is reserved for the day of calamity; they will be led forth at the day of fury. 4. That, in reference to your former manner of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit. 5. Do not trust in princes, in mortal man, (organization)in whom there is no salvation. 6. When the righteous increase, the people rejoice, but when a wicked man rules, people groan. 7. Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men, but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil. So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. 8. And I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became like blood; and the stars of the sky fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind. And the sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up; and every mountain and Island were moved out of their places.

  • 5. What is the Original purpose of God
    Ephesians 2:1-10 NASB And you were dead in your trespasses and sin, in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest. But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loves us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ, and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places, in Christ Jesus, in order that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith; and not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as result of works, that no one should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. No longer do I call you salves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things I have heard from My Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you, and appointed you, that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask of the Father in My name, He may give it to you. John 15:15-16
    Another way to look at this is, Jesus purpose was to present Himself a suffering servant who knew our grief, because He had much of His own from men He was trying to give salvation to. He has been rejected by many, but His work will not end until the last trumpet sounds, and the faithful will be found perfected at the voice of Jesus Christ.
    Jesus is inclusive, not exclusive of people. Jesus crosses all political and economic life. Our identity is in Jesus Christ. The people who say they have all the answers apart from Christ, are outside of Christ, they are arrogant in their conclusions. They want to divide the body, and take the weak captive by their false doctrines. Jesus came to all who are weary and heavy laden. Jesus changed the course of history when the vial was torn into at the moment of Jesus death. When one believes, you are home, you are a part of God”s kingdom. Jesus has no favorite people or nationality. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, yes and forever. Hebrews 13:8
  • He never changes, His word never changes, and everything He has said will come, and much to an organizations folly, they will find out that only what He says will come to pass.
    “What is the original purpose of God and Christ.
  • The Jehovah Witness say it is Gods purpose that men live on this earth like it was before Adam and Eve sinned. This they call eternal life in an earthly paradise, where everything is made better than when God made it first.” jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1200003709
    “But John says in Revelation 21:1 That he saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. They say Christ will rule over the kingdom on earth because of Christs redeeming work on the cross.” jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1101988042
    Response. Who is in this kingdom? Jehovah Witness say both the wicked and the righteous. Who does Jesus say the wicked are? Revelation 21:8 “But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake of fire that burns with fire and brimstone which is the second death.”
    He who is not with me is against me; and he who does not gather with me scatters. Matthew 12:30
    “The wicked and the righteous are all those who were buried in the common grave of man, The righteous are all Jehovah witness, and the first century Christians because they walked on earth while He was living on the earth.” jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2002521
    “All the people from the first century on to the present that have made a profession of faith go into hell even the common people of Jehovah Witness go there. The Organization leaders 144,000 go to Heaven to reign with God over the kingdom on earth, to help Christ, the king on earth to rule over it. The Jehovah Witness make a distinction and say some are better than others. If you are a believers in Jesus Christ, there are not distinction or a class of people.” W78 12/15 pp 16-21

  • Response: from God’s Holy Bible for section 4 NASB The term recreation does not exist in God”s Holy bible. Not a word in the bible even comes close to that interpretation is in God’s word. The Jehovah Witness say that in Luke 18:28-30, that these verses show that recreation exists. In God”s Holy Bible, the deciples are talking to Christ and telling Him how they have left their home for Him. And Christ said, no one has left house or wife, brothers or parents or children for the sake of the Kingdom of God. Then Jesus said; “Who shall not receive many times as much at this time and in the age to come, everlasting life.” The organization is opposed to any punishment that He has set forth in His Bible. That man can pay no attention to God, but Jehovah Witness now say that God has given them the keys to heaven and men do not have to believe God. The coming system of things or the new world order God agrees with, there is no right and wrong, the ten commandments have been done away with, and now all men will have the same starting place and the people who do not relearn God’s way, He will take care of them at the second resurrection. The Jehovah Witness have a problem with the thought that everybody goes to a common grave. And the resurrection all the people will come out of the common grave to learn more about God. The problem they have is found in Hebrews 9:27 And in as much as it is appointed for men to die once and then the judgment. The Jehovah Witness are opposed to Christ and His righteous rule. satan is slowly gaining ground and more people are falling away, they are falling away from the truth of God. People are becoming more worldly and self centered, they have less of a conscience, and values that are directly opposed by Jesus. Jehovah Witness organization do not believe in God’s authority of judgment or punishment of the wicked.
    Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” Even as thou gavest Him authority over all man kind, that to all whom thou hast given Him, He may give eternal life. John 17:2
  • 6. How does old bodies remade to be like new fit into the description of God’s Holy Bible
    “Often when referring to the resurrection, Christians will speak of receiving their “new” body. That way of speaking is not necessarily wrong if the meaning is that our current bodies will be renewed so that they are “as good as (or, better than) new.” But we should not think of the resurrection as the reception of a new body in the sense that we are given a different body disconnected from the body we had on earth.” {jw.org/en/magazines/watchtower-no4-2017 July}

  • “Instead, the Bible teaches that the resurrection is a transformation of the same bodies we had on earth. As humans, we are not just spiritual, but physical. Our bodies are a very important part of our identity–they are part of who we are. Therefore, if we deny that we are raised with the same bodies we had on earth, we are denying a significant part of our identity. At the same time, if we deny that our resurrected bodies are transformed, we are left with the depressing idea that we will forever be subject to the weaknesses we now have, such as sickness, fatigue, etc. As Piper has said: “The old body will become a new body. But it will still be your body. There will be continuity. God is able to do what we cannot imagine. The resurrection is not described in terms of a totally new creation but in terms of a change of the old creation” (Future Grace, 372).

  • Response: 1. But someone says, how are the dead raised? And with what kind of body do they come? You fool! that which you sow does not come to life unless it dies. 2. There are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, but the glory of the heavenly is one, and the glory of the earthly is another. 3. And not only this, but we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body.
  • 1 Corinthians 15:35-36 2. 1 Corinthians 15:40 3. Romans 8.23
    We will have the same bodies and the same earth as the days of creation? (Jehovah Witness)
  • First, “There are many Scriptural reasons for believing that we will be raised with the same body that died. First, Christ was raised in the same body, He had before He died. We know this because the tomb was empty (Luke 24:1-6) NWT and because His resurrected body retained scars from the crucifixion (John 20:25, 27).NWT Since Christ’s resurrection is the pattern that our resurrection will follow (Philippians 3:20-21; 1 Cor. 15:49), NWT then we will also be raised with the same body. But the bodies then shall one that will ever get sick, have a disease, will never have to eat food.”

  • Response. After Christs resurrection, His body had changed. One that could change from being seen, to invisible, from being hungry, to not needing food. Being able to go from earth to the heavens and back to earth without any breathing apparatus. Where the heat from the sun and cold will not effect anybody ever again. The scriptures came true at the resurrection, He was resurrected from the dead, to be our eternal savior, to be our example of what our bodies will be at our resurrection. Then to Thomas who would not believe until he saw the scars for himself. Jesus showed the scars in His hands and feet. His body was the issue, but that it was for a sign for Thomas, that is the proof to him and disciples that He was Jesus and they could believe in the resurrection.
    Second. this is also evident from the very meaning of the term “resurrection of the dead” (1 Corinthians 15:13, etc.).NWT The phrase means: that which is dead (namely, our body) is made alive. If the same body that died is not the body that was raised, Paul could not call it the “resurrection of the dead.” It would not be a resurrection at all.
    Third, the phrase “the dead will be raised” (1 Cor. 15:52) NWT Also communicates this. John Piper comments on this verse that, “If God meant to start all over with no continuity between the body I have now and the one I will have, why would Paul say ‘the dead will be raised’? Why would he not say, ‘the dead will not be raised (since they are decomposed and their molecules are scattered into plants and animals for a thousand miles) and so God will start from scratch’? He did not say that, because it is not true.” (Future Grace, 372).
    Fourth, Philippians 3:20 NWT “I say that our earthly body is transformed into conformity with Christ’s body in the resurrection, not that God creates a new body from scratch: “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself.”
    Fifth Jesus speaks of the resurrection as involving the coming forth out of tombs, which strongly indicates that the resurrection is the reanimation of the body that had been lied to rest originally: “An hour is coming, in which all who are in the tombs will hear His voice, and will come forth; those who did the good deeds to a resurrection of life, those who committed the evil deeds to a resurrection of judgment” (John 5:28-29). NWT
    Sixth, Paul’s statement “it is sown a perishable body, it is raised an imperishable body” (1 Corinthians 15:42) NWT establishes that there is a continuity between our current body and our resurrected body, for it is the same “it” in both cases.
    Seventh, verse 53 NWT Indicates that the same body we have now (which is mortal), will become immortal: “For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality.”

  • Response: It is not the truth for a believer that we would think that Christ would lie. All human bodies are the same, but, the difference is He gave His life for my sin, He defeated death for us who believe in his name. When we die, we go to the grave, but at His coming only those who have believed in Him will be of the First Resurrection.
    Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” Even as thou gavest Him authority over all man kind, that to all whom thou hast given Him, He may give eternal life. John 17:2

  • Jehovah Witness believe that Christ will not appear in the flesh again, Christ will not have a resurrected body, but an invisible one.
    Response The organization says He has already been raised in 1914. If this is the case the only event left is the second coming of Christ. And if that is the case, why are there so many people still on this earth?
    earth: “…what you sow is not made alive unless it dies. And what you sow, you do not sow the body that shall be, but mere gain.” But “It may appear as if Paul is teaching that we are raised with a different body than which we had, upon examining the whole context, we see that Paul is not denying that it will be the same body. Instead, he is affirming that in the resurrection our bodies will be made better than the state they are now in.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r3/lp-e/20130301}

  • “In fact, this passage teaches a continuity between our bodies now and in the resurrected state by using the analogy from agriculture. Paul compares the resurrection of the body to the growth of a plant from a seed. The plant that results is definitely much better than the seed, just as our resurrection bodies will be better than those we have now. But there is also a real continuity between the seed and the plant, for they are the same organism. The same seed that was sown becomes the plant that grows. Likewise, the same body we have now, becomes our resurrected body. But just as the plant is a result of the seed being transformed into something with better capacities and qualities, so also in the resurrection our bodies will receive better qualities and capacities. Thus, when Paul says that we do not yet have the body that shall be, he means that our current bodies are not yet in their glorified and improved state. They are not as they will be.”
    “Because the word ‘glory’ is so frequently used in Scripture of the bright shining radiance that surrounds the presence of God himself, this term suggests that there will also be a kind of brightness or radiance surrounding our bodies that will be an appropriate outward evidence of the position of exaltation and rule over all creation that God has given us. This is also suggested in Matthew 13:43, where Jesus says, “Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father.” Similarly, we read in Daniel’s vision, ‘And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever” (Daniel 12:3). (Wayne Grudem, Systematic Theology, 833).

  • Response: Please note, how they exalt themselves as being righteous in God’s eyes. Can that be when they reject the basic tenants of the faith. They believe that God and Christ are unjust because of their judgment of the wicked, they believe that God has given them all rule over the earth for men to come to God. How can they believe in salvation when everybody goes to a common grave of being judged in this life time according to faith. It is all about them. The leaders put themselves above Christ in their paradise on earth, and equal to God, in their heaven. Christs reign is one built on truth, righteousness, mercy and justice.
  • Scriptures from God’s Holy Bible NASB
  • This sentence is by the decree of the angelic watchers, and the decision is a command of the holy ones, in order that the living may know that the Most High is ruler over the realm of mankind, and bestows it on whom He wishes, and sets over it the lowest of men. 2. All things have been handed over to me by My Father; and no one knows the Son except the Father; nor does anyone know the Father, except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. 3. The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand. 4. And He gave Him authority to execute judgment, because He is the Son of Man. 5. Therefore also God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those who are in heaven and on the earth, and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory to God the Father. 6. And Jesus came up and spoke to them saying, “ALL AUTHORITY HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH.” 7. Who is at the right hand of God, having gone to heaven, after angels and authorities and powers had been subjected to Him.

  • WHAT HOPE IS THERE FOR THE DEAD?
    3a. What is the good news about the dead? “When Jesus arrived at Bethany near Jerusalem, his friend Lazarus had been dead for four days. Jesus went to the burial place with Martha and Mary, sisters of the deceased man. Soon, a crowd gathered. Can you imagine the joy of Martha and Mary when Jesus raised Lazarus back to life?—Read John 11:21-24, 38-44. (NWT) Martha was already aware of the good news about the dead. She knew that Jehovah will resurrect the dead to live on earth again.—Read Job 14:14, 15. (NWT)
    3b. What is the condition of the dead? “Humans are made from dust. ” We are not spirits living in a body of flesh. We are physical creatures, so no part of us survives death. When we die, our brain dies too, and our thoughts perish. Thus, Lazarus said nothing about his experience of death because the dead are unconscious.”
    3c. Can the dead speak to us? “The dead can neither speak nor hear. (Psalm 115:17) But some angels are wicked, and they may speak to people and pretend to be dead humans. (2 Peter 2:4) Jehovah forbids trying to inquire of the dead.”
    3d. Can the dead speak to us? “The dead can neither speak nor hear. 1 Peter 2:4) Jehovah forbids trying to inquire of the dead. “Many millions of people who are dead in the grave will return to life on earth. Even some who did not know God and who practiced bad things will be resurrected. Resurrected ones will be able to learn the truth about God and to exercise faith in Jesus by obeying him. Those who return to life and do good things will be able to enjoy life forever on earth.”
    5f. What does the resurrection tell us about Jehovah? “God made hope for the dead possible by sending his Son to die for us. So the resurrection tells us about Jehovah’s love and undeserved kindness. When the dead return to life, whom do you especially want to see? Resurrected ones will be able to learn the truth about God and to exercise faith in Jesus, by obeying him, Those who return to life and do good things will be able to enjoy life forever on earth.”

    Response. 1 Corinthians 15:42-58 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown a perishable body, it is raised an imperishable body; it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. So also it is written, the first man Adam, became a living soul. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural; then the spiritual. The first man is from the earth, earthy; the second man is from heaven. As is the earthy, so also are those who are earthy; and as is the heavenly, so also are those who are heavenly Christ. And just as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. Now I say this, bretheren that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; or does the imperishable inherit the imperishable. Behold, I tell you a mystery; we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet will sound, and the dead shall will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality. But when this perishable will have put on the imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then will come about the saying that it is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is your victory? O death where is your sting? The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law; but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord. Amen and Amen

  • What is the time frame of all this. From the day of our death, our bodies are dead in our grave, until the time that Jesus descends from heaven at the last trumpet, we will hear His voice, our complete decade bodies will be raised to Him an imperishable body. So, if someone died in Christ in 30 AD, the time is not up. We have no idea when that day will be, but because Christ has all power and knowledge, wisdom and is creator, He knows where every body is that belongs to Him. He will never mix any body up, our body will be joined to our spirit to be like His body after His resurrection.at His coming for His own. We will have the same body as Christ has.
    There is another passage in scripture that includes the resurrection of bodies. It is Ezekial 37:1-14.
    “The hand of the Lord was upon me, and He brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and sat me down in the middle of the valley; and it was full of bones. And He caused me to pass among them about, and behold, there were very many on the surface of the valley; and lo, they were very dry. And He said to me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord God, Thou knowest. Again He said to me, prophesy over these bones, and say to them, O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord. Thus says the Lord God to these bones, behold, I will cause breath to enter you that you may come to life. And I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow on you, cover you with skin, and put breath in you that you may come alive; and you will know that I am the Lord. So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold, a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to its bone. And I looked, and behold, sinews were on them, and flesh grew, and skin covered them; but there was no breath in them. Then He said to me, prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, thus says the Lord God, Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they came to life. So I prophesied as He commanded me,and the breath came into them, and they came to life, and stood on their feet, and exceedingly great army. Then He said to me, son of man, these bones are like the house of Israel; behold. they say, our bones are dried up, and our hope has perished. We are completely cut off. Therefore prophesy, and say to them, thus says the Lord God, Behold, I will open your graves and cause you to come up out of your graves, My people; and I will bring you into the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves and caused you to come out of your graves, My people. And I will put my Spirit within you, and you will come to life, and I will place you on your own land. Then you will know that I, the Lord, have spoken and done it.” declares the Lord
    Response: How does this differ from I Corinthians 15:42-58 In Ezekial the bones are on the ground round about and very dry. No doubt, that because of the number of bones just lying on the ground, or in graves. No doubt that they had been kicked around, and one persons bones were mixed in with others. And when they started to rattle, the bones were finding the proper bones of each person. Then God said to put sinews on the bones, flesh came upon them, then the skin covered it. Now you see all these people standing are without any breath. The God told Ezekial to call for the breath from the four corners of the earth and have it breathed into them. Then God said I will put my Spirit into you, and you will come to life. How long did it take for all the dry bones rattling to come together, then how long did it take for the sinew to grow, flesh to grow and then skin put on. This is a very detailed account of putting bodies back together. In the resurrection, Jesus says you will be brought out of your graves, and put back together and in the air to meet me in an twinkling of the eye. My point is this, these people could not come to life until they had the breath of life breathed into them. At our resurrection, our bodies will come out of the grave, and we will not have our redeemed bodies like Christ has until our Spirit that went back to the Lord when we died are rejoined with the Spirit of God to come to life with Christ. How fast is the twinkling of an eye is. I looked it up, it is 3 to 4/10 tense of a second. So we will come out of the ground, go flying through the air and are with Christ in less than 1/2 of a second. Wow, from death to life that quickly.
  • So Ezekial is God”s messenger in this example. In the resurrection we will not receive our new body while our body lay in the grave. What can we see from these two passages God’s work never fails, it is done to his exact standards and will. His people must recognize and obey if we expect to receive any blessings or rewards. God is present in our lives, and we can worship His presence anywhere any time. God’s kingdom does not need an organization to help Him bring it to pass. Their is no judgment for His people, only the ones that will not work with Him to further His kingdom. No matter what some people say, His Kingdom will come.
    He who is not with Me is against Me; and he who does not gather with me scatters. Matthew 12:30

3-Denominilzationalism and the Jehovah Witness end Part 3

Denominationalism and the Jehovah Witness

Reverence: Psalm 23 This is how God wants his people who believe in His Son and His works on the cross. His tender love shows us that He has saved us by His grace and mercy. He shows us how He is toward us and what He does everyday for us. We repay Him by our continued steadfast commitment to Him. We should be devoted to reading His word, to help others, and by giving our tithes and offering to Him. God wants His people, called by His name, to look and appreciate all that he has done, what we can see and the things we can not see Him doing. He wants us to freely say this about Him.
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness for His name sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil; for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me. Thou dost prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; Thou hast anointed my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life. And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Amen and Amen

Introduction
Denominationalism 2 and the Jehovah Witnesses. Part 2 of 4

In my last article I did not name this denomination because I did not know enough about them. How different they are in the belief of God and Jesus Christ. I only dealt with their basic differences in scripture, between their bible, the new world translation, and God’s Word to man, “The Holy Bible.” They have taken away the judgment of God and say that all men go to hell, the righteous and the wicked. They define hell as the common grave of mankind. When people die, everybody goes to a grave in the ground. The only ones that are not resurrected are those opposed to God’s will. What they call resurrection, you are resurrected to paradise on earth. They say that Jehovah has given them the keys of salvation for the world. They claim that if you are not a Jehovah Witness you are not saved. They do not believe that Christ is God that came in the Flesh. John 1:14 They separate Christ and His death to pay our debt of sin on the cross for those that have come to faith in Christ. They say His death was to pay the ransom of Adam and Eve’s sin, not all of mankind. They believe that all people, good and bad go to live in paradise on earth. The bad will be taught who Jehovah is. They do not believe in the New Heaven and the New Earth in Revelation. 21:1-8 In this, we will cover their belief as to who the faithful servant is, their belief in salvation, no heaven for the masses, only 144,000 Jehovah Witness in heaven in the Kingdom of God, no life after death, no faith in Christ’s resurrected body, because He has already returned in 1914, but is invisible, Armageddon, Purpose of Jehovah Witness, compared to the Purpose of God.
How have the Jehovah Witness Organization helped Christ in reaching the unreached in this world. That is the Great Commission that Christ gave to His church. The Jehovah Witness say that they are the soul giver of God’s Word to the whole world. “the only exception is people who were saved by Jesus teaching in the first century who are believers in Jesus. Since Christ lived and ministered, and had His 11 disciples in the first century, everyone that came to Christ during the first century is saved. Anybody that came after that is not saved unless they believe in the Jehovah Witness organization. And they achieve this by saying that when people die, everybody goes to hell (common grave of man) to lay in an unconscious state there, until the resurrection to a new body and mind that can be retrained to think like the Jehovah Witness organization. Faith in Christ is not enough. In fact, at the first resurrection, Christ, will be under the 144,000, and Jehovah. Christ is king over the people on the new paradise on earth, as it was when God made Adam and Eve.
This organization does not say they believe in God, but that Jehovah God gave them, not Jesus Christ as the way to attaining everlasting life through the organization, not by Jesus Christ and faith. This organization only talks about themselves and rules they have in this organization are the only way to be saved is, belief in the organization. They have an arrogance that divide people, by their rules. They put their members on the sidelines unless they do exactly what they say. They are exclusive in their thought process, but Christ is inclusive of all peoples. The leaders cannot know the thought of man, but Christ can, Christ has the ability through His word and deeds to touch the soul and heart of man. It is Christ that has saved people from the first century up until the time of His return. The Jehovah Witness have divided God from His humanity, His righteousness, His Holiness, His love for man kind. They do not have to follow God’s commands, but their 141 rules and regulations. What they believe are contrary to God Himself, what He stands for, God’s sovereignty, rule, truth, grace, mercy, humility and faith. All these things are subservient to the organization.
No man or organization can undo what God has said He is going to do in His word. All things will come to pass, just as God has said it will. Man will always try to usurp the power of God and bend the Bible to fit what they want it to say and mean. They will use all means to try and coerce and get people to follow them and come up with a strict set of rules that you have to follow. They have about 141 rules they want you to follow. God only gave us 10. You are not allowed to talk to people outside the organization and be friends with them. If you work for a company, you are not to associate in any meeting unless it is required. They do not like their people to go to college because they do not want any other ideas coming in that upset there teaching. Woman are strictly forbidden from having any roles of leadership in the Kingdom Hall. One can only become a leader by invitation. These positions are only for the most ardent supporters of the organization, and believe that the organization is the savior of the world. They believe that God has turned over to them the salvation of the world, and anybody that is not a part of the Jehovah Witnesses, they will not be saved. This organization was not incorporated until the early 1930’s. It is operated and controlled by the 12-15 leaders in New York. If you do not follow, there are three local leaders that will talk to you, and try and get you back on their path once again. This organization operates by fear and intimidation, if you do not comply you will be placed on probation. While on probation, no family members, wife, children, brothers, sisters, and people in their body will not be able to talk to you. You have to sit in the back of the room, keep quiet, and all others in the meeting ignore you. This is called disfellowshipping. The denomination has an exception, when it comes to parenting. This is done as long as the three men in the meeting come to a conclusion that you have been repentant enough. They follow the rules of the organization, not by grace and mercy from the Lord Jesus. This denomination has their own bible. It is called the New World Translation.

They do not believe that God is over them, but they are equal with God. Anybody that says God has turned over salvation to an organization, believe they are equal to God. The Bible says When Christ returns to earth in Revelation 22:4, everybody see’s Christ and they all mourn because there is nothing for them to do, but suffer the consequence of their unbelief. As all the doubters die, they meet their fate for what they have believed and done against God and His plan of salvation, their efforts to keep people from believing in the Lord Jesus. In the end, it will be just exactly what God has said. Exactly, did I say Exactly, yes Exactly.
There are 66 books in the Bible, written by men that had the Holy Spirit placed in them so they could act and write about what God has done and how He did it for all peoples and believers that claim Him as Lord and Savior of the world. One book after the other have the same message of God’s love, of judgement of sinful men, that He would send the Messiah to pay for the sins for all the world, and for those who believe, even though they die, they shall be resurrected in body to be reunited with their Spirit and the resurrection of believers, to see and be with Christ for eternity.
Background of Charles Taze Russell, Founder of the Zion watch tower publication society.
Charles Russell’s parents were members of the congregational Church. At an early age, Charles Russell joined the same church, as well as the Young Men’s Christian Association, and became very active in local ministry work. Russell at age 15 years old, believed that the gospel as taught by the Congregational Church was incorrect. Not to long after this he began to have doubts of the teaching of the Congregationalists. In about 1868 he attempted to covert a nonbeliever to his way of thinking. The person he tried to convert was better than he was, and Russell turned away from his faith for a while. “But that which threatened to shipwreck his faith” served as a stepping stone to a new way of interpretation of scripture. p28, [4] Following his encounter with the unbeliever, Russell made investigation of leading oriental religions. When nothing interesting came from this, he turned to a study of various creeds of the Christian Churches. In these he found out that they all contained some elements of truth. Among other doctrines, Russell found himself reading that of a Second Adventist. [5] From this reading he gained a new concept of the divine inspiration of the Bible. One evening in 1869, he was drawn to a service conducted by Jonas Wendell, a minister of the advent church. In this small church he said they had no light on the word to offer concerning the bible, and as result of this experience, Russell was led to a deeper study of the scriptures and the conviction that the gospel age was about to close. This marked the beginning of his religious career.
In 1876 Russell meet with N.H. Barbour [7] an editor, who was instrumental in explaining to him the time prophecies in the Bible. Prior to this meeting, Barbour had sent Russell a copy of his paper, The Herald of the Morning. This was his belief regarding the second coming of Christ. Russell commented, upon opening and reading this paper he was well aware of the fact it was a second advent periodical, but he was curious to learn what the new time they would set up next for the “burning up of the world.” [8]
From the contact with Barbour they made a new prediction of 1874. From this Russell had learned that one could make a excuse for the failure of the prediction, come up with a new formula and predict a new date. With this he published a magazine called Russell’s time predictions, the publication of the magazine was called the The Watchtower and Zion Herald of Christ’s Presence. This publication sold millions of copies. As you see Russell did not come up with this date setting. Do you remember earlier I wrote when Russell started looking at the Christians creeds, he found that there was some truth in them. To Russell, as long as there was some truth of the Bible in his writings, it was okay to lie or bend the truth for the other parts.
In his first issue of Zion Watchtower publication, Russell outlines most of his doctrines and beliefs he held for the next 37 years. “He said God is love, and a God of love would not allow suffering to continue without hope. He stated that Christ died as a ransom for Adam and Eve’s sin and that the ransom promised was eternal life for all man kind, including those long dead. He also claimed there was no hell. {NWT July 9, 1879} The reason he gave for this was, he believed the Catholic Church created hell to raise money and to hold them as captives, that they could hold them in fear. {NWT Nov, 1883-5537 He also said that the grave (earthly graves) was the only place for the dead, they only slept waiting for the resurrection. During the Millennium, all would be given perfect health, and at the end of the 1,000 year reign the good would be rewarded to eternal life, while those who defied God’s will would die a second death.
“Russell himself made no claim of special revelation from God, but held that in God’s due time the Bible would be made plain, and that he being fully consecrated to the Lord’s service, was permitted to understand it.” [9] “The writer of Russell’s memoirs speaks of him as the greatest expounder of biblical truth since the days of saint Paul. Russell was the staunchest defender of the faith since Luther.” [10]
When Russell first heard Jonas Wendell, the first Adventist minister that stirred him to greater study, and N.H. Barbour also an Adventists, Russell said that they did not present him with a single truth, but giving them credit for helping unlearn some of the things he had been taught as a boy. Shortly after 1870, Russell made the acquaintances of two other Adventist ministers, George Stetson and George Storrs . which is an indication that his interest in their views had not gone away. Russell said about these men: “The study of the Word of God with these dear brethren led step by step, into greener pastures and brighter hopes for the world, though it was not until 1872 when I gained a clear view of our Lord’s work, as our Ransom Price, that I found the foundation of all hope of restitution to lie in that doctrine. ” [15] In his later years he would extensively travel by train. Sometimes he would travel up to 30,000 miles a year. One year on his travels he passed away on a train in Texas on October 31, 1916.
“I soon began to see that we were living somewhere near the close of the Gospel Age, near the time when the Lord declared that the wise, watching ones of His children should come to clear knowledge of His Plan. At this time, myself and a few other Truth seekers in Pittsburgh and Allegheny, formed a class for Bible study; and the period from 1870 to 1875 was a time of constant growth in grace, in knowledge and in love of God and his Word.” (Watch Tower, First Faint Gleam of God’s Plan, June 1, 1916, p. 170)
“Charles Russell had a Adventist friend by the name of Adam Wendell. Russell wrote the following, Russell could never accept the salvation of only Adventists. Russell wrote, we felt greatly grieved at the error of of the Second Adventists, who were expecting Christ in the flesh, and teaching that the world and all in it except the Second Adventists would be burned up.” {Proclammer p45} Russell also said that a College Education is Anti Christian.” He thought that evolution, skepticism, and wealth all led to the same end.” {Zion Watchtower May1,1904,3357}
Mr. Russell also made a number of predictions of the time of Christ’s return. Since this has never happened yet, in 1914, they say He has returned, but you wouldn’t know it, because He is invisible. The predictions will appear in another section at the end of this article.
This begins some of the beliefs of the Jehovah Witness.

  1. Salvation and The Faithful servant. Matthew 24:45-51 NASB “Who then is the faithful and sensible slave whom his master put in charge of His household to give them their food at the proper time? Blessed is the slave whom His master finds so doing when He comes. Truly I say to you, that he will put him in charge of all His possessions. But if that slave says in his heart, my master is not coming for a long time, and shall begin to beat his fellow slaves and eat and drink with drunkards; the master of that slave will come on a day when he does not expect him and an hour which he does not know, and shall cut him in pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, weeping shall be there and the gnashing of teeth.” This is a parable of two very different kind of people. One faithful and sensible, willing to follow directions and commands, and the other living a life of debauchery, slothful in his duties as described, disrespectful to authority, not caring about anything entrusted to him, or the workers he is in charge of. The Jehovah Witnesses believe that the Watchtower organization in New York is the faithful slave, and they have been put in charge of giving the message of Jehovah to the whole world. Remember that Russell thought that as long as you have a part of the truth in your idea, then it is okay to distort and bend the truth of God. They have distorted this scripture totally. This has to do with two different kind of people on earth in the time of Christ’s return, how He will find those who belong to Christ and the ones that are opposed to Him in this world.
    The Jehovah Witness, have 12 reasons for preaching, Here are the two most important. Preaching for them is not listening to a preacher. “It is going door to door and giving the people the message of the Jehovah Witness.” These are two of their reasons. “1. It helps save lives, and 2. It is a requirement for salvation.” {Watchtower Kingdom Ministry 2012 June p 1 (US Edition} I wished other Christians would do the same.
    “In effect, Jesus also conveys Jehovah’s voice to us as he directs the congregation through “the Anointed one (Jehovah Witness Organization) and the discreet slave. We need to take this guidance seriously for our everlasting life depends on our obedience.” {Watchtower 2014 Aug. 15 p21}
    “Only Jehovah Witnesses, those of the anointed remnant and the “great crowd” as a united organization under the protection of the Supreme Organizer, have any scriptural hope of surviving the impending system dominated by satan the devil,” {jw.org/wol/en/wol/d/r1/pl-e/1101993014}
    The Supreme organizers are the 12-to 15 leaders of the Jehovah Witness in New York. It is they who make the rules for the subordinates to live by, not God.
    What is the Day of Judgement to the Jehovah witnesses?
    “In fact, with God’s day of judgment so near today, all the world should keep silent before the sovereign Lord Jehovah, and hear what he says through the “little flock” of Jesus’ anointed followers, and their companions, his other sheep” (Luke 12:32, John 10:16 NWT) Annihilation awaits all who will not listen and thereby set themselves against rule by God’s Kingdom” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/2001123
    To Jesus Christ, there are two types of people, believers in Him and willing to follow Him and His word to obey Him. The other group are unbelievers. there are may people that do not believe, that do not oppose Christ. Others do not want any moral or ethical restrictions and is not the way they want to live. Since the time of Christ, it is a person’s lifetime that we have to find the Lord Jesus Christ and take Him as Savior. In “Hebrews 9:27 And in as much as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment.” NASB Christ is very definite in scripture what will happen, there are only two choices, and no organization will be able to overrule Jesus Christ.
  2. No Heaven for the masses,
    The Great Crowd, Revelation 19:1-4 , 7:9 (NWT) “The great crowd is not in heaven, their standing before the throne of God, this does not require them to be in Heaven. They are simply in the sight of God. The fact that the great crowd which no man can number, is not a heavenly class is shown by comparing its unspecified number, with what is written at Revelation 7:4-8 and Revelation 14:1-4. There the number taken from earth to heaven is revealed to be 144,000.” {JW.org/en/wol/d/e1-e/1102002073} {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1200001762} (the great crowd)
    “Only the 144,000 Jews marked by God and having the seal of living God. Now the Jehovah Witness take these Jews marked by God, and replaces them with the leaders of the Organization of Jehovah Witness, “Revelation 7:1-8, they go to heaven and live in Heaven and in the kingdom of God. This is called the Little Flock.” The Jehovah Witness organization places themselves above the common people and Christ Himself. Christ is delegated to ruling on earth as king on Paradise, over the common folks of the Jehovah Witness. He has risen, invisible unto life, only 144,000 go to heaven to be kings and priests to rule over the people that live on paradise on earth. They rule with Jehovah God. Christ is the King of Paradise on Earth. This is the first resurrection, this happens after the 1,000 year reign of Christ. {The Little Flock jw.org/en/wol/d/r/lp-e 1101968009
  3. What is the purpose of the Jehovah Witness organization?
    “The leaders of the Jehovah Witness believe that God’s purpose is that the whole earth be made into a Paradise. These are people in memorial tombs, these are the people the sea gave up the dead in it, and death and the grave gave up the dead in them, this collective grave will be emptied. All the billions who rest shall live again. Paul said, there is going to be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous.” {jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/1102005133}
    Here the organization divides itself into two groups. The Little flock in heaven, and the great crowd on Paradise on earth. This group include the righteous (believers)and the unrighteous (unbelieving), people. The people at the top go to heaven. People at the bottom go to paradise on earth to be ruled.
    “During that period of judgment, which will last 1000 years, Christ Jesus along with the 144,000 men and woman resurrected to life in heaven will rule in heaven, and will rule over the earth. They will serve as kings and priests, administering the benefits of Jesus’ ransom sacrifice and progressively elevating faithful humans to physical and mental perfection.” {jw.orge/publications/magizines/g201001}
    “We reasoned that, if Christ’s coming and is bringing irrevocable ruin upon 99 out of a 100 of mankind, then it could scarcely be considered desirable, neither could we pray with the proper spirit, Come Lord Jesus, Come Quickly.” {Supplement to Zion’s Watchtower, And Herold of Christ’s Presence.” July 1, 1879.}
    “During the final period of the ancient world that perished in the flood, Noah was a faithful preacher of righteousness {2 Peter 2:5} In these last days of the present system of things, Jehovah’s people are making known God’s righteous standards and are declaring good news about the possibility of surviving into the new world {2 Peter 3:9:13} just has Noah and his God fearing family were preserved in the ark, survival of individuals today depends on their faith and their loyal association with the earthly organization” {jw.org/or/wol/r1/lp-e/2010928}
    “How does judgment make you feel? If So, you can find comfort in the fact that judgment Day is a loving arrangement that will bring great blessings to the human family- including those who have died. Whom God placed humans on the earth, he did not intend it to “For may people the prospect of being subjected to any kind of judgment is unwelcome. Is this how it was not meant to be merely a proving ground for future life in another realm. He created humans to live forever on the earth. Although physically and mentally perfect, the first human couple rebelled against God. As result, they lost the prospect of eternal life for themselves. and brought sin and death to all their descendants. Judgment day will be a period of a 1000 years during which humans will have the opportunity to regain what Adam and Eve lost. Judgment day will affect those living on the inhabited earth. Those receiving favorable judgment will live on earth and will enjoy everlasting life in perfect conditions. Thus Judgment Day helps to accomplish God’s original purpose for humans on the earth.” {jw.org/publications/magazines/g2010001
    From God’s Word, what is His purpose. Ephesians 2:1-10 (NASB) And you were dead in your trespasses and sin, in which you formally walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest. But God, being rich in mercy because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ, and raised us up with Him, and sealed us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Jesus Christ for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Amen and Amen
    Jesus came to be the sacrifice for all man. Jesus is not exclusive, but inclusive of all peoples, nations, tribes and tongues. Jesus crosses all political and economic system. Everybody who wants to, has the opportunity to believe. The consequence is, that those who do not believe will spend the rest of the time where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth. Jehovah Witness hate the thought of any judgment, so it is up to them to say that God and Christ are wrong, judgment is not God’s intention, so Jehovah has turned salvation over to them. Now, only the vilest of offenders will face judgment. Even those that have never made a commitment to Jesus Christ, can be saved by believing in the Jehovah Witness, because when Christ comes, they can learn who Jehovah is.

The Second Adventists with whom Russell came in contact were members of the Advent Christian Church, who believed that Christ would return in 1874. 7. N.H. Barbour had been a member of the Advent Christian Church for a number of years prior to 1874. He was associated with Jonathan Cummings in setting the date of 1854 for the time of Christ’s return, but , unlike Cumming’s, he did not give up whe the 1854 passed without the return of Christ expected. He became an advocate of the 1873-1874 as the time of the Lord’s return, holding that the mistake of the 1843 movement was not an argument. 8. Charles Taze Russell, Harbest Gatherings and Siftings. Anger

Anger

Anger is one of the worst traits in a person’s life, It has the ability to destroy any person, but also affects friends, family and anybody that they come in contact with. If your friend gets angry with you, you will want to do something for him or her so one will not be angry with you. One may be good about masking anger at times, but if one does not get ones way, they will not have to say a word, a person’s glare and that other person will know that what they said is not what they wanted to hear. It is not your fault. They will let you know without saying anything that as a friend they will have few boundaries, but you will be expected to follow some rules if you want to be friends with this person. In other words, you look past their short comings and not remark on them and everything will be okay. They will rebel against mother and father and will defy any person that tries to exert authority. A person will use an outburst of anger to try and get one’s way. Many times it will make no difference what one does, the anger is still there. Also lying and anger can go hand in hand. If one gets caught in a lie, they get angry to try and throw the other person off of the lie. Then if you doubt them, they tell you another lie to get you off of the first lie. It is like being on an escalator, up and down, more frequent than you want.

Rebellion is a subtle form of anger. Rebellion comes out of the lack of authority in one’s life. Everybody needs authority in life. This is how we become familiar with rules and regulations. As a child and your mother and father were always giving in to you, your adult life will be difficult because you will meet people who do not care what you think or believe. It will upset you that it doesn’t make any difference if you get mad or not. As a believer, our authority is Jesus Christ and the Word of God, that sets the boundaries in a Christian’s life of right and wrong, what can be done and what can’t. It is what Christ says that counts. It is what we do in return that shows how close we follow Christ. The Ten Commandments are a good place to start. The New Testament starts refining definitions closer, and some further out. But always within the truth of Jesus Christ and the Bible. If one can look back to the older generation where there were large families, the older ones would tell the younger what to do. The younger learned that authority not only came from parents, but older siblings. My father had 13 brothers and sisters, he can remember being told what to do by older brothers and sisters. They lived on a large farm in N.W. Iowa . The parents needed all of their children to do their share of the work for the whole family. I am from a family of 5 siblings, just one cow, rabbits, chickens, and a garden, I was the youngest and had a schedule of things to do, but often changed upon what the older sibling did not want to do, and without asking me. Sometimes we shared in the duties to make things go faster. Learning this way is a very good non authoritarian way to learn. I had a friend that had three sisters, he told me once that if he didn’t want to do something, he would agree with them, and go on his way without doing anything. He said his sisters eventually would do what they had asked him to do. This is rebellion. This is silent rebellion. When one is introduced to authority in his teens or later years, rebellion is against everybody, and their actions are just try and make me do it. Many schools have had a major effect on family relations. Many schools have a class on your personal value system. In this class they are taught that you do not have to believe in any of your parents values, faith or rules. You can make up your own value system, have your own rules, own beliefs, that you want to live by. Fewer and fewer young adults believe that there is a just system and all the old rules should be replaced by their own rules that have no consequences for them. Now you know where you see the lawless students on college campuses rioting, burning and breaking things with no consequences. Now do you see where society is going, mob rule, only their rules count. What does the rules of a few lead to? Socialism, just as you see it going on today. Young people in restaurants demonstrating against authority figures, public forums interrupted because they disagree. It is a power struggle for them. They are right and you are wrong. The other aspect of this is that this person is likely to have many jobs because at a moment, any authority is displayed, they quit or are fired because of their rebellion and anger against authority. If that person would just think for a moment, there are traffic laws, school starts at a specific time, cities, counties and states make laws that we must follow. There are public norms, companies have rules for employees to follow so the work environment is healthy to work in. Look at the anger of employees that are dismissed, and then they go home get a gun and come back and shoot and kill people that did the injustice to them. We are expected to follow these rules and laws. We have been given a mind to think with, God gave us the ability to think and reason. Anger is a controllable emotion. Once we have learned that we can control other people by it, we use it until the consequences are so great that one is excluded from many functions and activities. Then we change when people will not put up with it any longer. The opposite of rebellion is obedience. Obedience to God through His Word. We can only know this by reading His Word. Another word I would like you to be familiar with is disappointment. This can lead to another and different kind of anger. This is where a person hopes that something will happen in a certain way, or wishing another person or a group to acknowledge you in some way. If it ever happens your response is sadness that turns to anger. This could be a inter-personal relationship that you were waiting for the other person to notice what you had done, or flowers, you wanted them to notice how you might have changed or looked on a special occasion something another person did not do that you wanted to have happen, but it didn’t. One can get angry because of this. Many times that person or persons didn’t even know what you wanted them to notice, or acknowledge about you. Same kind of anger with the same results. To me there is another form of anger that is just as deadly. It is what I call flash anger. It is just as deadly, because one gets angry for only seconds, but it has the same effects. It still leaves the other person bewildered of what happened. How a person in one second is normal, the next ten seconds have a change in tone of voice to react and strike the other person for what they have said or done, then the eleventh second their tone and actions are back to normal. What would you think If this happened to you. Then that person continues on like nothing happened. One makes an excuse that says it is better than staying angry for a length of time. Really, how about the other person feelings, hears the change, but does not understand what has happened. One reaction is what was that for, or what did I do to create a response like this. It is a made up offense, an anger to throw the other person off. Flash anger literally lasted several seconds. It does have a negative effect just like any other anger has. Leaving the person feeling what is wrong with them? When in fact, the angry person is the one with the problem, that they may not understand.

As a believer in Christ Jesus, we learn by His Word that His authority is good if we follow it. through our obedience, He also tells us that He has absolute authority, nobody can change it. Without an absolute no, you have absolutely yes, to anything. No, means that I am not going to do that any more. How do we obtain an absolute life. We can not get it from the world, because the world is opposed to God because these people do not want one with a moral authority to rule over them. It will impede their life or lifestyle and how they live. How do we know what the absolutes are. We only get them from God’s word. If there are actions or words spoken by you, that you want to change, write down 2 absolutes you do not want to do anymore and keep them with you, in your pocket. This will help to keep them in the frontal lob of your brain, so when one of these 2 items comes up, you can tell yourself, no, no, no.

It is Jesus Christ and the Word of God that sets the boundaries in a Christian’s life of right and wrong, what should be done and what can’t. It is what Christ says that counts. It is what we do in return that counts even more. Our very own actions eventually will tell other people what kind of Christian that we are. If we go against God’s Word, then we do not believe God, and use His Word as pretext to use His Word when it fits us.

The Ten Commandments have been around for about 3,400 years. They are the only absolutes that the Christian has to go by. The Ten Commandments were written in the Bible about 1445 BC. God has never put them on hold, or suspended any of them. They are as relevant today as they were in 1445BC. Remember Christ said that He did not come to do away with the law, but to fulfill it.

In the Bible, in the book of Genesis, brothers Cain and Abel were bringing their offerings to God, God accepted Abel’s but did not accept Cains. God saw Cains anger and his countenance fell. And said in Genesis 4:6-7 Then the Lord said to Cain, why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? If you do well, will not your countenance be lifted up? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door; and its desire is for you, but you have to master it. And Cain told Abel his brother, and it came about when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him. When one desires something, they will do just about anything to get it. They will work longer hours at their job to get the money to pay for it. Or one will let friends pay for it because they like him. One may also disregard,overlook, pass by what the wrong is because we desire something so much we are wanting, not see what is going on right in front of them. If something is going wrong, I’m not the one that is doing it. So it is ok. Crouching is the next word. It brought to my mind the scripture in Isaiah 5:29 Its roaring is like a lioness, and it roars like young lions; it growls as it seizes the prey, and carries it off with no one to deliver it.

Anger is the trap to enslave and entrap one for their own destruction. Anger is like a cocoon in us, it is from satan working against God and us to protect the anger inside us. Except God does not want this anger in us. That is demeaning yourself and others. The only way anyone ever becomes totally free from anger is with the Holy Spirit that lives inside a believer. That the Holy Spirit helps point us to Jesus. If we will do three things to transform our lives. Read your bible daily, make a constant effort to Pray and talk to Jesus when ever one gets a chance. As you pray to Jesus, that the Spirit that lives inside you will bring to remembrance what you have read and prayed about. The Spirit will guide us in all truth to help us change.

Before a lion goes after its prey, they crouch in the tall grass until they pick the one they want to catch, their attention is not on the herd but that one animal. When they pounce on it and get it down on the ground they sometimes growl when another lion comes up to eat. They tear into the flesh to eat and growl to protect the kill. That is what God means when He says that you have to master your anger, He wants the same focus and intensity in protecting yourself from anger. You are not to look at what other people are doing, Jesus wants us to stay away from other people that could draw us into trouble or implicate us in any scheme. If we know it is wrong, it is wrong, James 4:17 Therefore, to one who knows the right thing to do, and does it not do it, to him it is sin. We have to learn some people may talk about us, It is hard to pay them no attention, do what is right, but that is what we have to do. Pay them no attention. How soon do we want to be done with this part of our life? Do what we are supposed to do. Do not try and sit on both sides the fence. God wants us to attack our anger in the same way as the lioness attacks her prey. When we do not attack our anger in this manner we will be willing to live with the anger and struggle with its consequences. Another way to look at this is if you do not master your anger, your anger will be your master. We are strong enough and know enough to stay out of trouble. Don’t let what other people say about you or what they want us to do wrong, or suck you into doing something wrong, just remember, we are the sons and daughters of Christ, that alone should guide us into righteousness and calmness of your soul. Christ wants us to be content with what we have and let Him provide our needs as we need them. Philippians 4:11-12 Not that I speak from want; for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. 12. I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. Sometimes it is better to be in need than in prosperity, in need you are looking at the Lord Jesus for your needs, and in prosperity, one is looking for another way to live a better life.
Ecclesiastes 7:9 Do not be eager in your heart to be angry, for anger resides in the bosom of fools. Proverbs 15:1 A gentle answer turns away wrath, but harsh words stirs up anger. Proverbs 16:32 He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit, than he who captures a city. Proverbs 15:32-33 He who neglects discipline despises himself, but he who listens to reproof acquires understanding. 33. The fear of the Lord is instruction for wisdom, and before honor comes humility.
Psalm 30:5 For His anger is but for the moment, His favor is for a lifetime; weeping may last for the night, but a shout of joy comes in the morning. This is what Christ does for us. Which would you rather be known for? Determine in your heart, and mind to do it, then do not waiver in yourself, be steadfast. Your help will come from above to help you through any and every situation that comes your way. Attack your problems, do not shy away from them, take control of your faith, let Christ be your teacher and guide, and anger will be the by word. Will you ever get mad, yes but you will be able to handle it in a different way, that is not destructive, but constructive.

Would you like to accept Jesus today? You can do this just by bowing your head and ask Jesus into your life, to help guide you, and seek His wisdom to help you through the changes of becoming a believer in Christ. This will not be easy, but God says He will never leave you or forsake you, or would you like to rededicate your life to Him who first saved you?
